The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Theyre great with adults, and great with kids (mine have been going to Dr. Paul for their entire lives). They even helped out a family member who was visiting and had a dental emergency. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

5 /5 Jon Del Vicario: After seeing the same dentist for 20 years, I was referred to Dr. Palliser after I moved to Cary. Dr. Palliser and his staff were very welcoming when I first came to the clinic. The doctor and staff explained everything in detail with my initial exam and gave recommendations on how to better maintain my teeth. I also had a dental emergency over Labor Day weekend, and Dr. Palliser was able to get me in ASAP and refer me out to the proper orthodontist to address the cause of my problem. Highly recommend Dr. Palliser!!

5 /5 Sandra Miller: I have been going to Dr. Palliser since 2009. It was such a relief to find a dentist that was willing to watch things rather than aggressively drill and fill. I’ve never left his office wondering if a procedure was unnecessary. My husband and children are also patients here and we all have had great experiences. I would like to add that when I had a dental issue while I was out of the country volunteering for 2 months in Winter of 2023, Dr. Palliser made himself available to video conference with me and help problem solve the issue I was having. I felt Dr. Palliser went above and beyond to help me in this instance and I genuinely appreciated his concern for me. The front office staff are arguably the most friendly crew I’ve ever come across as well!

She explained my options and helped me come up with the best treatment plan. Meanwhile she put a temporary filling in the cavity. I appreciate being seen so quickly and all the help with the next steps of my treatment! I highly recommend Sylvester Family Dental and specifically, Dr. Ramesh!

Prairie Dental Associates - Bloomington Rachel Nicole: The worst dentist. Has went down hill. A full money grab. They lie about visits and prices. The dentist is horrible with talking to his patients. The front desks ladies are always unprepared and never on time. They will charge you for not showing up. Lie say they don’t. Cottage Dental Care - Bloomington Skyler Marmolejo: The staff is amazing, the environment is nice , professional, clean and positive. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, every single staff member that you encounter are friendly, caring and outgoing. They go above and beyond for you even if you’re not typically one of their patients. That means a lot! I was having bad tooth pain and knew that I needed a root canal. I did some research and was found Cottage Dental. They were able to get me in for an emergency exam the day after I called. And had me on the schedule the next week for my root canal. During my initial exam, Dr. Krug shaved my tooth down just enough to where my bite wasn’t putting anymore pressure in it. Immediate pain reliever! When leaving, They thoroughly explained pricing and insurance and talked to Dr. Krug about when to get me in for my root canal and I overheard him say “let’s get her in as soon as possible she’s in a lot of pain” I was scheduled within 7 days for my root canal which was yesterday. It was the easiest experience. Dr. Krug really takes his time to handle you with care and do it correctly! He does not rush through a single step. So Incase you’ve never had one and are nervous like I was- don’t be! I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. The soreness after the numbing wore off only lasted just for that day but i was able to relieve that with ibuprofen & Tylenol as if nothing happened. I return for my crown in a couple weeks. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate everyone at Cottage Dental for taking great care of me. If you’re looking for a great Dentist and staff who really care, this is your place to go!

Access Dental & Orthodontics - Bloomington Stephanie Strohaker: I needed teeth pulled pre-surgery. It was my second extraction, the first being a tiny wisdom tooth. I was numbed on BOTH SIDES FOR A DOUBLE PULLING when one was supposed to be filled by an associate across town, the computer in my room didn’t work because it was “so far back” so I was questioned about my questioning. He pulled the tooth that was supppsed to be filled, leaving me with a crumbled tooth.(I was late for her appt. (10 min.) (BEFORE NECROTIC HIP SURGERY) so she SHUNNED me. Anyway, rely on good nurse, I haven’t even been back for my records. End.
