Sky Ayalla-Schock Updated to add: This dental practice has an endless flow of 1 star reviews. Wow. I didnt even realize. I guess its a good thing they turned me away. The call center really needs to update their information. They tell you they accept your insurance and then you show up and find out they dont. I came for an EMERGENCY and was turned away and they werent really that apologetic at all. They say it happens all the time.....like what???..... to top it off, that time I spent driving there I could have been being seen for my EMERGENCY by someone else. Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional making people suffer in pain longer than they need to because their company cant get it together. Outrageous.

Jenna Fogel Ended up going to another dentist. This place is trash. Doctor is arrogant. I went in for gum pain and at first they had the wrong chart up so the lady started looking at and doing stuff to my teeth asking where my inplants were…. I don’t have any. First red flag was starting to treat me with the wrong persons X-rays and chart. Second. I was left in the room for 15 mins then someone came to clean the room and told me I could go. They left me back there. I was so flustered i went to the front desk to see why I was not spoken to or nothing. The lady asked the people in the back and they had decided to share my information with my mother and not me… I’m 22 years old. I did not give them permission to discuss with any family members. Pretty much a violation of hippa. Overall horrible experience and they didn’t even check me out properly. I am afraid to go back so I found another place.

Natalie C.M. Daller Very difficult to schedule first appointment. No one could answer simple question about my children’s eligibility to be patients at their office (my daughter was 7 at the time). Turns out they could see her but it took me calling multiple times to get the answer because no one would follow up as they said they would. Time for the second appointments, and the morning of, the appointments are canceled not by phone or text, but by email sent at 10am. I had to call to try to reschedule their cleanings and I was told the earliest appt is 3.5 months from now. No offer to add them to a waitlist or work with me on getting them in earlier.

Kelly Leszczynski Dr.Chirag and his team made me feel completely at ease with my procedure. All 4 wisdom teeth pulled on a very nervous patient. No pain during or after. They were very attentive and called to make sure everything was looking good and I was comfortable. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you again!

Jodi Gibson From the minute I walked in this state of the art building, I was impressed! The front office team was delightful. They helped me maneuver my insurance concerns and they kept me abreast of all my appointment times! The hygienists are all professional, knowledgeable and compassionate! I did experience my first crown appointment a few weeks ago. I was so impressed with Dr Behm and her assistant, Nixy. They took photos and showed them to me throughout the appointment to help me understand why I needed a crown. They also used a state of the art scanner to design my crown. I didn’t have any goopy impressions. I watched them design my crown and then I watched it being milled from a block of porcelain. I was amazed! I left that day with my real crown, not a temporary! I was so impressed! I will recommend City Square Dental for anyone’s dental needs!

Camille Nenn I took my four-year-old son to have his first dental filling done. Jodi has the softest approach, and my son didnt even flinch when she got him numb! Dr. Behm was gentle, great at talking him through it, and fast!!! Im so happy, and my son is too!

Kurtis Sonugan I had a 10/10 experience at City Square Dental! Dr. Behm was absolutely amazing—she took the time to correct a poor job that had been done at a different dental office, and the difference was night and day. The hygienist, Corinna, who did my numbing and the dental assistant, Nixy, were also awesome—super friendly, professional, and very thorough throughout the entire process of my dental work and fillings. I felt completely at ease the whole time and really appreciated the attention to detail. Michael Tomkowiak My entire family has been going to Dr. Palliser since we moved to the area almost 10 years ago, and weve always had good experiences. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Theyre great with adults, and great with kids (mine have been going to Dr. Paul for their entire lives). They even helped out a family member who was visiting and had a dental emergency. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Jon Del Vicario After seeing the same dentist for 20 years, I was referred to Dr. Palliser after I moved to Cary. Dr. Palliser and his staff were very welcoming when I first came to the clinic. The doctor and staff explained everything in detail with my initial exam and gave recommendations on how to better maintain my teeth. I also had a dental emergency over Labor Day weekend, and Dr. Palliser was able to get me in ASAP and refer me out to the proper orthodontist to address the cause of my problem. Highly recommend Dr. Palliser!!

Olivia Willis I have been going to this practice for my whole life. My whole family of 5 has as well. The staff that work here are all so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Palliser is a wonderful dentist and he cares about everyone’s needs. He cares about the health and well-being of his patients and he wants everyone to be happy with their smile. Hilary Cooper Love Dr. Conway and his staff!! They always are great about scheduling our family with back to back appointments to make the trip convenient. They are personable, knowledgeable, and gentle with your mouth. Well never go anywhere else, so long as his practice is open.

Lisa Strickland I have been going to Dr Conway for almost ten years. They do a really good job. The office is clean and comfortable and the prices seem very reasonable. I was in today for a crown. I really never felt a thing. Dr Conway is very open and friendly and very professional. Makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend!

Janis Kohler We are new to Conway Dental and were referred by our adult son. From the moment I called to inquire about appointments I was greeted with friendliness by Laverne and given all the information needed. Upon my first appointment I walked into office and again, greeted with friendliness and a smile. Donna Mae was my hygienist, she is super nice, knowledgeable and really had a nice rapport with her. The cleaning was throughly done and everything was explained to me. Dr. Conway is a really nice person, did a great inspection of my teeth. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would highly recommend this dental office. I appreciate all of their diligence in a clean and nicely decorated office.

Ken Schnur Everything was going well until I had a balance to pay. Its been a year for my treatment plan and they are holding my mouth hostage because they want the balance paid in full to complete my treatment plan. The first finance director told me I could pay as my treatment is on going. The majority of the money was paid up front through Care Credit and my insurance but I still have a balance. The office knew upfront that I couldnt pay the remaining balance all at once. The new finance director wont honor what I was told by the first one. So much for them getting you to YES! as their commercial states. To make someone wait over a balance which is being paid on is totally wrong and balances on medical malpractice! Im not sure Im going to continue my treatment with Aspen and go someplace else. Unfortunately I will have to stop paying on the balance in order to get treatment that is desperately needed. So with Aspen its really all about the money! Very disappointed to say the least.

Jill Hanson From start to finish I was given top notch care to get my treatment plan together. I’m anticipating that the results I am seeking will match the stellar service and care I received. To be open on Saturdays was an ultimate plus. It was very easy to schedule the appointments for my plan. The professional staff managed my pain care when X-rays were needed. The Dentist sat down and took the necessary time to discuss the films, my condition, and the anticipated outcome as well as the cosmetic plan I was searching for. This was my first of many anticipated visits to keep my pearly whites in healthy conditions. I’m very thankful that they could take me on short notice and work on me the same day as well as provide me with a manageable plan of care.

Cindy Hauman The service is excellent. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bailey, my dental hygienist is exceptional. She takes her time explaining what she is going to do. Her examinations are not painful. I highly recommend her… I used to dread going to the dentist. Now, the anxiety related to my visits is gone. The dentist himself is extremely competent and very nice as well. He thoroughly explains all your treatment options but gives his recommendations and why… He works quickly. Debbie Skrandzius Dr. Leix and her team are awesome! They take their time giving you a thorough exam and cleaning. They will take your pulse, medical history etc. You even get a nice warm neck wrap while you’re being examined. She has many services for her patients! I’ve been coming here for many years and I highly recommend you see for yourself!

Alex Walker Dana was very thorough with her exam and dental cleaning also very informative on which toothpaste I should be using. Dr. Leix runs a very professional office and has a great team! The warm oatmeal neck wrap makes the experience even better if you fear going to the dentist!

Craig Allen So this review is based on Three visits so it was not just a first time impression Visit #1 cleaning and examine only. Very professional and comfortable from start to finish. Clean, bright, comfortable surroundings. Kellie my hygienist walked me through every step being a new patient. Talked me through what was going to happen and helped me feel comfortable the entire time. Great experience Visit #2 fillings with Dr Shah… she was amazing one of the most comfortable experience with fillings I have ever had, plus I had a little front tooth chip that she took care of and it was perfect. Visit #3 back for my 6 month cleaning. Kellie was just and professional and personable as before. We talked about the last visit, if anything had changed or any new questions and then walked me through all the steps. Another great experience Side note they got new chairs and they are really nice. To sum it up the entire staff is outstanding, the place is super clean and comfortable, and the Dr does great work.

Steve Tremmel I went in with a tooth ache at the beginning of March, 1 week after another dentist examined it and said it was only an infection. Within 5 minutes Dr. Paz identified a cracked tooth. As this was an emergency “squeeze you in” appointment, i knew ahead of time that a fix was not going to happen that moment. But, Dr. Paz was able to grind down the tooth so it no longer made contact, greatly reducing the pain to a mild discomfort. Then got me in quicker than anticipated for the extraction, took less time than anticipated and is healing quicker than i though. Thank you Dr. Paz and to the whole staff as well. You all are truly wonderful and now have a patient for as long as i live in or near Marengo! I will refer as many people as i can!

Judi Connolly I am very thankful to Amy Diesel for recommending this dental practice. My dentist for the last 30 + years is retiring and I needed to find a new dentist that accepts my dental insurance. I need special treatment since I was treated for Tongue Cancer and due to radiation treatments. I have seen Dr Koshiya 2 times and find her very caring and professional. But, the best part is Amy is her assistant.

Michael Farmer A patient since 2013. Had major dental issues: absesses, gum disease and failing teeth. Thanks to Dr. Stern, his support team of hygenists, oral surgeons and a great dental lab, not to forget the front desk, nor the man with the greatest memory and laugh, Dr. Randy Halihan himself, I can finally smile with confidence and without pain or discomfort. Julia Miller We have been coming here for seven years, and sadly will be leaving. Note the lack of reviews from past year-Service has gone down. I had a teeth cleaning today (after waiting 10 months due to “lack of scheduling availability”). I prefer to come every six months as my insurance recommends, but that will not happen at this office. They are booking out 9 to 10 months in between cleanings. Be prepared to not fully use your insurance benefits at this office. The hygienist noted how much buildup I had after not coming in for so long, yet did not even clean my top teeth after she fell ill mid-cleaning my teeth. I understand that things happen and people can fall ill at any time, but she was feeling unwell and left while I was still in the chair and it took quite a while before anyone came over. Finally, one other hygienist came over and wanted to immediately start polishing my teeth. When I explained to her that my teeth had not even been scraped for tartar yet, she left and said the other woman would return shortly. After 10 minutes, the original hygienist returned and I was rushed through the remainder of the cleaning. To top it off, I did not even get a comprehensive exam from the dentist. (Did not check tongue tissue, lymph nodes, etc.) He told me to get a electric toothbrush, and sent me on my way. Sad to leave, but this office is not what it used to be.

Emily Staes I cannot express how much we love Bull Valley Dentistry and Dr. Dano. My 3 year old had a run in (literally) with another kid and knocked one of her front teeth loose. Being a Saturday, I started calling every dentist in the area to get her in, but no one had availability. Bull Valley Dentistry was able to take her immediately, and they were all SO wonderful to us. Ill be switching my family over to them to be our dentist moving forward. Thank you again for being so kind and accommodating to us ❤️

Jack Berry I recently had extensive restorative work done to make up for years of neglecting my teeth. This neglect stemmed from a significant case of “dental trepidation“. Dr. McNerney made that concern disappear! It took several visits to get my dental work completed, and my smile restored. I can actually say that each visit wasn’t only tolerable, but quite pleasant. I felt zero pain or discomfort. Dr. McNerney explained everything, and made my comfort his top priority. As for pricing, the cost was considerably less than I had expected, after receiving a quote from another Dentist in the area for less work. I highly recommend McNerney and Wenzon Dental!

Debra Walsdorf Many years ago, I searched dentists online and something about this practice caught my eye. I decided to give them a try. It was a great decision. McNerney-Wenzon has cared for our entire family for years. We’ve had simple cleanings, and much more complicated procedures done; and they guided us to an orthodontist and an oral surgeon – both excellent – when we needed them. When my then-92 year old mom moved in with us, she was nervous about going to someone she didn’t know. The entire staff treated her with kindness and compassion, and made her feel calm and secure. The doctors, hygienists, assistants, and office staff are all professional, skilled, and compassionate. And … they’re just really nice people. The warmth and laughter in the office makes it clear that this is a team who enjoys working together. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for quality dental care in a great atmosphere.

I took a chance and stopped by the office today after losing a filling while driving, and the entire office was incredibly kind, accommodating, and so helpful. Dr. Farris (Wally, Bruces son) could not have been more patient, careful, and thorough. I am so grateful for the fact that they all treated me so kindly when I showed up with no appointment and what I can only assume was a crazed look in my eyes because I thought I had destroyed my tooth! Mary Gooden Both dentists have a good bedside manner and are very gentle when doing crowns and fillings, etc. You can hardly feel the needle when they numb you. My son didnt even know that the dentist had used a needle on him. They also work very hard to make sure they address all of your concerns.

Julie Butta Painless. Broke a molar and needed a crown to protect my tooth and the appointment was pain free. Also I was able to see the before and after photos so I could see why I needed the crown. The whole staff took care of me and made the procedure easy and pleasant. Both dentists -Bruce and Wally really care about their patients health. If you need a new dentist this is it.

Lonnie Horton Jr I been going here a couple years now. Dr moon is great. Staff is great. They work with idea i gage and idea i hate doing this with my teeth. I love the one female doctor how she keeps you calm with her soft voice doing count down and reminds you to breath. Dr moon well hes just great with explaining things and he gets it done right and fast for me and i appreciate that. I recommend him to everyone. Stacy Wade Dr. Brunnetti ignored my concerns after he put in a bad crown (uncomfortable and odor.) He blamed everything but himself for the issues. I got a second opinion and the second dentist found a massive problem within 30 seconds of my visit. Dr. Brunnetti “apologized for the inconvenience” but never admitted to his mistake. He has a major ego problem. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

Phil Prossnitz Dr. Tannenbaum is that priceless mixture of experience and compassion. He is clearly engaged and devoted to his profession and his clients. He always takes time to explain in laymans terms issues present and then will explore various options with you. Many dental offices nowadays seem to be businesses driven by profit. Dr. Tannenbaum on the other hand is driven by a desire to heal and improve the quality of your life. A good man!

Jessica Mullinax Dont go here. They will drill into cavities with nothing to numb it. My kid is now terrified. Legit horror story move. I had a broken crown that has now had issues for years since coming here. They refuse to fix the shoddy work they did. Ive been in pain and had issues with my front teeth for years now because of their negligence to fix the problem. Dont go here. edit...They never finished the root canal. Ive had an infection in the tooth that they have been gaslighting me about. I will now have to get a third root canal to fix the work they never finished and refused to treat.

Jennifer Lowrey Dr. Kumar was absolutely fantastic! Shes always so personable and makes what can be a nerve wrecking experience pleasant. Shelly the assistant was so great as well. The work done was quality and beyond my expectations. Ive gone from never having cavities to having a lot of work done and Dr. Kumar has been my first choice for all of it and I wouldnt have it any other way. Not to forget Rita, the receptionist who is always so warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The Oaks Dental is number one in my books!
