2 /5 Julia Miller: We have been coming here for seven years, and sadly will be leaving. Note the lack of reviews from past year-Service has gone down. I had a teeth cleaning today (after waiting 10 months due to “lack of scheduling availability”). I prefer to come every six months as my insurance recommends, but that will not happen at this office. They are booking out 9 to 10 months in between cleanings. Be prepared to not fully use your insurance benefits at this office. The hygienist noted how much buildup I had after not coming in for so long, yet did not even clean my top teeth after she fell ill mid-cleaning my teeth. I understand that things happen and people can fall ill at any time, but she was feeling unwell and left while I was still in the chair and it took quite a while before anyone came over. Finally, one other hygienist came over and wanted to immediately start polishing my teeth. When I explained to her that my teeth had not even been scraped for tartar yet, she left and said the other woman would return shortly. After 10 minutes, the original hygienist returned and I was rushed through the remainder of the cleaning. To top it off, I did not even get a comprehensive exam from the dentist. (Did not check tongue tissue, lymph nodes, etc.) He told me to get a electric toothbrush, and sent me on my way. Sad to leave, but this office is not what it used to be.
