5 /5 K. Ray: My first visit to a Dentist in about 10 years. My wife went to see Dr. Yang first and when she completed treatment made sure I went next. Dental Hygienist Brandee took my X-Rays, measured my tooth and gum clearances and did my cleaning all in one visit. She made sure the cleaning was painless and kept me informed as she went along. Dr. Yang came in next and informed me of treatment options without any high pressure.

Route 14 Dentistry - Crystal Lake Lonnie Horton Jr: I been going here a couple years now. Dr moon is great. Staff is great. They work with idea i gage and idea i hate doing this with my teeth. I love the one female doctor how she keeps you calm with her soft voice doing count down and reminds you to breath. Dr moon well hes just great with explaining things and he gets it done right and fast for me and i appreciate that. I recommend him to everyone. Thank you dr moon and to your staff taking care of me and my teeth and being patience with me

Aspen Dental - McHenry, IL - McHenry Ken Schnur: Everything was going well until I had a balance to pay. Its been a year for my treatment plan and they are holding my mouth hostage because they want the balance paid in full to complete my treatment plan. The first finance director told me I could pay as my treatment is on going. The majority of the money was paid up front through Care Credit and my insurance but I still have a balance. The office knew upfront that I couldnt pay the remaining balance all at once. The new finance director wont honor what I was told by the first one. So much for them getting you to YES! as their commercial states. To make someone wait over a balance which is being paid on is totally wrong and balances on medical malpractice! Im not sure Im going to continue my treatment with Aspen and go someplace else. Unfortunately I will have to stop paying on the balance in order to get treatment that is desperately needed. So with Aspen its really all about the money! Very disappointed to say the least.

Dr. Hauck is thorough without over pushing dental procedures, the dental hygienists are all fabulous and Valery in front is sweet and so helpful with insurance/billing issues. I’ve recommended so many people to their practice.

Paul A. Palliser DDS PC - Cary Michael Tomkowiak: My entire family has been going to Dr. Palliser since we moved to the area almost 10 years ago, and weve always had good experiences. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Theyre great with adults, and great with kids (mine have been going to Dr. Paul for their entire lives). They even helped out a family member who was visiting and had a dental emergency. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Boone Creek Dentistry - McHenry Stacy Wade: Dr. Brunnetti ignored my concerns after he put in a bad crown (uncomfortable and odor.) He blamed everything but himself for the issues. I got a second opinion and the second dentist found a massive problem within 30 seconds of my visit. Dr. Brunnetti “apologized for the inconvenience” but never admitted to his mistake. He has a major ego problem. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

Sylvester Family Dental - Bloomington John Butler: I had a filling come out and they were able to see me the following day! Dr. Ramesh was caring and understanding of my sensitivity around my cavity. She explained my options and helped me come up with the best treatment plan. Meanwhile she put a temporary filling in the cavity. I appreciate being seen so quickly and all the help with the next steps of my treatment! I highly recommend Sylvester Family Dental and specifically, Dr. Ramesh!
