1 /5 Stacy Wade: Dr. Brunnetti ignored my concerns after he put in a bad crown (uncomfortable and odor.) He blamed everything but himself for the issues. I got a second opinion and the second dentist found a massive problem within 30 seconds of my visit. Dr. Brunnetti “apologized for the inconvenience” but never admitted to his mistake. He has a major ego problem. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

5 /5 Phil Prossnitz: Dr. Tannenbaum is that priceless mixture of experience and compassion. He is clearly engaged and devoted to his profession and his clients. He always takes time to explain in laymans terms issues present and then will explore various options with you. Many dental offices nowadays seem to be businesses driven by profit. Dr. Tannenbaum on the other hand is driven by a desire to heal and improve the quality of your life. A good man!

1 /5 Jessica Mullinax: Dont go here. They will drill into cavities with nothing to numb it. My kid is now terrified. Legit horror story move. I had a broken crown that has now had issues for years since coming here. They refuse to fix the shoddy work they did. Ive been in pain and had issues with my front teeth for years now because of their negligence to fix the problem. Dont go here. edit...They never finished the root canal. Ive had an infection in the tooth that they have been gaslighting me about. I will now have to get a third root canal to fix the work they never finished and refused to treat.

2 /5 Linda Siebrandt: Ive been going to Boone Creek for about 5 years. Quality has been declining. Not very friendly staff. They seen to forget that patients is why they have jobs. There is only one hygienist who has a queen bee attitude and if she is not working, difficult to get an appointment. I was told Id have to wait maybe a year to get an appointment. Seriously??? I was beginning to question the quality of care. After a very snippy comment from hygienist during last visit, I decided Id had enough. Just went to a new dentist and had a wonderful experience. Kicking myself for putting up with Boone Creek. Also, there were issues found with my teeth that should have been brought to my attention previously. I would not recommend Boone Creek.

2 /5 Sue H: I went here January, 2021 to get my front tooth repaired. So I gave the front desk my information including my insurance card. At the end of my visit I was told I only owed $79.00 and I left. A couple weeks later I get a bill for over $200 when I seen that I called the office and the receptionist said I dont know what happened that she would look into it. So to find out that I was still in my "waiting period" with my dental plan. If they would of done that correctly things would of been different. I have moved on. If the office staff isnt doing their job correctly and Im getting bills I didnt expect I wasnt happy at at all. To make matters worse my front tooth the piece the Dr fixed is loose again so now I have to pay for something that before I had it fixed here it was fine for over 10 years. Just very disappointed with this whole situation here.

Once for my initial visit and then to get a filling. Cottage Dental Care - Bloomington Skyler Marmolejo: The staff is amazing, the environment is nice , professional, clean and positive. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, every single staff member that you encounter are friendly, caring and outgoing. They go above and beyond for you even if you’re not typically one of their patients. That means a lot! I was having bad tooth pain and knew that I needed a root canal. I did some research and was found Cottage Dental. They were able to get me in for an emergency exam the day after I called. And had me on the schedule the next week for my root canal. During my initial exam, Dr. Krug shaved my tooth down just enough to where my bite wasn’t putting anymore pressure in it. Immediate pain reliever! When leaving, They thoroughly explained pricing and insurance and talked to Dr. Krug about when to get me in for my root canal and I overheard him say “let’s get her in as soon as possible she’s in a lot of pain” I was scheduled within 7 days for my root canal which was yesterday. It was the easiest experience. Dr. Krug really takes his time to handle you with care and do it correctly! He does not rush through a single step. So Incase you’ve never had one and are nervous like I was- don’t be! I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. The soreness after the numbing wore off only lasted just for that day but i was able to relieve that with ibuprofen & Tylenol as if nothing happened. I return for my crown in a couple weeks. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate everyone at Cottage Dental for taking great care of me. If you’re looking for a great Dentist and staff who really care, this is your place to go!

Access Dental & Orthodontics - Bloomington Stephanie Strohaker: I needed teeth pulled pre-surgery. It was my second extraction, the first being a tiny wisdom tooth. I was numbed on BOTH SIDES FOR A DOUBLE PULLING when one was supposed to be filled by an associate across town, the computer in my room didn’t work because it was “so far back” so I was questioned about my questioning. He pulled the tooth that was supppsed to be filled, leaving me with a crumbled tooth.(I was late for her appt. (10 min.) (BEFORE NECROTIC HIP SURGERY) so she SHUNNED me. Anyway, rely on good nurse, I haven’t even been back for my records. End.

I drove 2 hours to hershey plaza for 3 extractions and it was the best experience I have ever had. Dr was very understanding! The dental assistant I had was also AMAZING. I will definitely be making the 2 hour drive back to finish my dental work!
