1 /5 Ken Schnur: Everything was going well until I had a balance to pay. Its been a year for my treatment plan and they are holding my mouth hostage because they want the balance paid in full to complete my treatment plan. The first finance director told me I could pay as my treatment is on going. The majority of the money was paid up front through Care Credit and my insurance but I still have a balance. The office knew upfront that I couldnt pay the remaining balance all at once. The new finance director wont honor what I was told by the first one. So much for them getting you to YES! as their commercial states. To make someone wait over a balance which is being paid on is totally wrong and balances on medical malpractice! Im not sure Im going to continue my treatment with Aspen and go someplace else. Unfortunately I will have to stop paying on the balance in order to get treatment that is desperately needed. So with Aspen its really all about the money! Very disappointed to say the least.

5 /5 Jill Hanson: From start to finish I was given top notch care to get my treatment plan together. I’m anticipating that the results I am seeking will match the stellar service and care I received. To be open on Saturdays was an ultimate plus. It was very easy to schedule the appointments for my plan. The professional staff managed my pain care when X-rays were needed. The Dentist sat down and took the necessary time to discuss the films, my condition, and the anticipated outcome as well as the cosmetic plan I was searching for. This was my first of many anticipated visits to keep my pearly whites in healthy conditions. I’m very thankful that they could take me on short notice and work on me the same day as well as provide me with a manageable plan of care.

5 /5 Cindy Hauman: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bailey, my dental hygienist is exceptional. She takes her time explaining what she is going to do. Her examinations are not painful. I highly recommend her… I used to dread going to the dentist. Now, the anxiety related to my visits is gone. The dentist himself is extremely competent and very nice as well. He thoroughly explains all your treatment options but gives his recommendations and why… He works quickly. The procedure is over almost immediately after it starts… If you’re looking for a great dental practice, this is the one…

5 /5 karen mccarthy: So far I’ve had an excellent experience with them! The front staff to the techs and the Dentist all were really very helpful and nice! Also the manager in the office that helped us with our insurance and payment plan was super helpful and very nice! Great experience! I would recommend them to anyone that needs a place for their dental needs.

5 /5 Steve C: It all went great, from the check in with Rachel, through the exam, to again talking with Rachel about treatment and payment options for my treatment (I had previously gotten their plan for the uninsured - and now I’m really glad I did). The X-ray tech the hygienist and the dentist were all top notch. And the Doc explained everything so I knew what my options were.
