5 /5 Christina Reyna: We had a dental emergency on a Sunday. I had called my daughter’s dentist and their emergency line wasn’t working. Any other dentist I spoke to wouldn’t take her cause she wasn’t an existing patient. Dr. Farr called me back right away and was very reassuring she would be ok and he would see her first thing Monday morning. We showed up Monday morning when their office opened and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Farr immediately took her to a chair and began working on her. She had taken a softball to her two front teeth. He made her feel comfortable and fixed her up perfectly. I decided to move her over to Dr. Farr’s office as a patient. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Farr. I’m very grateful for him!

A co-worker raved about Dr Farr, and let’s be honest, no one talks like that about their dentist. So he was the first choice for my second opinion. I must say I get why my co-worker raved about him. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain the process and even worked up my estimate as I sat in the chair. I felt far more comfortable having him do my procedure and will continue to go to his practice going forward.

Route 14 Dentistry - Crystal Lake Lonnie Horton Jr: I been going here a couple years now. Dr moon is great. Staff is great. They work with idea i gage and idea i hate doing this with my teeth. I love the one female doctor how she keeps you calm with her soft voice doing count down and reminds you to breath. Dr moon well hes just great with explaining things and he gets it done right and fast for me and i appreciate that. I recommend him to everyone. Aspen Dental - McHenry, IL - McHenry Ken Schnur: Everything was going well until I had a balance to pay. Its been a year for my treatment plan and they are holding my mouth hostage because they want the balance paid in full to complete my treatment plan. The first finance director told me I could pay as my treatment is on going. The majority of the money was paid up front through Care Credit and my insurance but I still have a balance. The office knew upfront that I couldnt pay the remaining balance all at once. The new finance director wont honor what I was told by the first one. So much for them getting you to YES! as their commercial states. To make someone wait over a balance which is being paid on is totally wrong and balances on medical malpractice! Im not sure Im going to continue my treatment with Aspen and go someplace else. Unfortunately I will have to stop paying on the balance in order to get treatment that is desperately needed. So with Aspen its really all about the money! Very disappointed to say the least.

Dr. Hauck is thorough without over pushing dental procedures, the dental hygienists are all fabulous and Valery in front is sweet and so helpful with insurance/billing issues. I’ve recommended so many people to their practice.

The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Theyre great with adults, and great with kids (mine have been going to Dr. Paul for their entire lives). They even helped out a family member who was visiting and had a dental emergency. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Boone Creek Dentistry - McHenry Stacy Wade: Dr. Brunnetti ignored my concerns after he put in a bad crown (uncomfortable and odor.) He blamed everything but himself for the issues. I got a second opinion and the second dentist found a massive problem within 30 seconds of my visit. Dr. Brunnetti “apologized for the inconvenience” but never admitted to his mistake. He has a major ego problem. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.
