2 /5 Elizabeth: I paid over $100 for a pedicure including tip and this is what my feet look like after. I’ve only been here once before and the nail tech then couldn’t get me out of his chair fast enough.
First time I scheduled an appointment online for the Ravenna mani/pedi combo. Signed in and wrote my services on the clip board. Told the girl checking me in what my services were. Got my mani first but the guy doing it clearly didn’t want to be there. He immediately started cutting my nails which I spent months growing out specifically for the manicure I wanted. Then started shaping it the way he likes and when I said I wanted a different shape he said “really?” Didn’t do any of the required services that comes with the manicure I chose he only did my nails, my cuticles looked terrible, he didn’t do the required amount of coats so the polish was see through. I had my pedi with someone else and that I was really happy with. That time cost me significantly more than the mani/pedi combo price listed on their services and I only got half the service I requested multiple times.
Since the pedi was great the first time, I came back just for a pedi. The lady was so nice and I wish I could give a good review because I really like her but my service ended up being $89, I gave a $20 tip, and had a $1.50 service charge for the atm they have because the tech wanted cash over card and asked me to use the atm. So over $100 and around an hour of work and my feet don’t show for it other than my toenails are shorter and a different color.
