5 /5 Isaac Bruce: I had a dental emergency and having recently arrived in Rockford I had no local dentist yet. I looked into dental offices that took my insurance and found Dr. Sachs practice. I called the emergency line on one of the days the office was closed and Dr. Sachs picked up! Despite being a patient she had never even seen before she was willing to help me and she called in the necessary medications immediately. She saw me as soon as she was able and helped me immensely, and referred me to the proper specialists for the further treatment I needed. Ive had plenty of bad dental experiences in the past at other practices, but you are in good hands with Dr. Sachs and her staff.

The staff are always friendly and helpful with appointments. At my last cleaning, I had a sensitive tooth and Beverly took her time and made sure I didnt feel any pain.

5 /5 Judith Villegas: I really want to thank Dr. Sachs and her whole entire team, I had not been to the dentist in many many years, the receptionist helped me make my appointment over the phone, once I got there she greeted me with a lovely smile and said everything is going to be ok and assured me I was going to be well taken care of, the hygienist was very nice took X-rays and pictures even though it was hard for me she helped me through, then I got to meet Dr. Sachs and she was amazing I felt extremely comfortable and even though I need a root canal and Many more things that need to be done, I am grateful that I met such great staff!! Thank you guys for an amazing first time visit!

Park City Dental - Rockford Victor Robles: My son came here or school really nervous he was shaking. You need to calm down with like a movie. There’s only songs really good but when you have a cavity a bleed a lot cleaning is good number one place and if you read the first part, they gave him a toy come here good they do a bunch of stuff I think it takes a long time it takes pressure. My teeth are like white after this never get your cavities here, but my son had two cavities and it has like three or two months and they already did another one. Can you give him a year? I don’t know why they give them so bad reviews really good in 2025

Loves Park Family Dental and Orthodontics - Loves Park Martin Solis: I was grandfathered into Dr Patel’s practice when it converted from Burch Dental. Dr Patel and his staff are kind, understanding and very patient with my questions. The quality of the procedures i have had Dr Patel is very satisfactory. That is to say I am extremely pleased with the results which align with my lifetime goals to keep my natural teeth albeit with crowns and fillings. For example Dr Patel with the assistance of his excellent hygienist pointed out to me i had the beginnings of a cavity that was able to be treated with a fluoride treatment previously unavailable in the USA. Much better than a filling,.i am sure, despite fluoride conspiracists. He also prescribed a mouth guard for sleep apnea. I am extremely pleased with this treatment as well. Not only has my daytime sleepiness and brain fog diminished, but daily tooth pain and grinding has disappeared. The only thing that i am disappointed about is this device and treatment i had to file my own claim for. It has been a frustrating and time consuming experience for me due to misunderstanding with the office staff, my insurance company and the fact i am not a claim processor. It has been over 6 months since I was prescribed this device and i yet to have been reimbursed for the full price upfront.

Rockford Endodontics- Dr. Alex C Moore D.M.D. M.S. - Rockford Amy D: If I could give 10 stars I would. I have always been terrified of dentists and avoided going until absolutely necessary. Not only were they super quick and super efficient, they were kind, understanding and supportive. I felt very relaxed, they offer aromatherapy, warm neck pillows, blankets and a warm washcloth when done. I only took advantage of the wash cloth but was nice to know it was available. Amy was beyond caring and kept my mind distracted while Dr Moore did my root canal. They are up to date with technology and procedures. I honestly can’t say enough good things about here and though I hope I don’t need anymore I would definitely go back here if or when needed. I should add as well that they were able to get me in super quickly which was amazing since I had been in a lot of pain for at least a week before finally getting it looked at.

Alfano Dentistry "Charles Alfano DMD" - Rockford kathrine bokina: Dr Alysia is probably the best dentist I have ever met. I was so nervous at the start of my appointment and she immediately calmed me with her gentle demeanor and smile. Dr Alysia explained everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and discussed options with me. Another practice recommended a more costly procedure for my issue, but Dr Alysia felt that was not necessary! I appreciate the honesty! I have decided today that this is going to be my go to practice. Thank you again Dr. A, you truly are excellent at what you do!

DaVinci Teeth Whitening Rockford - Rockford Jennifer Crabtree: Office was very bright and clean. Staff was wonderful and the overall process was very well described, quick and efficient. After care directions were provided verbally as well as in writing in case you needed to reference it later. Results were 3-4 shades whiter after the first round of 20 minutes and even more so after the second round. Very happy with the service and Im looking forward to my next treatment in 6 months.
