1 /5 Emily Isom: Incompetent and dangerous. I went in struggling with PPD/PPA 9 months postpartum and saw Theresa Johnson. I was not only judged but was told I was just overwhelmed with motherhood and told to put my baby in daycare, stop breastfeeding and sleep train..instead of actually being offered medical help for a chemical and hormonal imbalance. If 0 stars were available, that’s what this practice would receive. Edit to add: my husband was denied a refill on his blood pressure medicine (a medicine he has been on for over a year) by the same practitioner until he was seen. However, they refused to schedule him for an appt before his medicine ran out.

1 /5 Carolyn ONeill: Absolutely incompetent and should not be allowed to practice medicine. "Appalachian ER" staff seriously needs training on how to handle trauma victims and not gaslight them or say physical assault is ok. I would recommend anyone who needs help to drive as far as needed away from this place. Happy to follow up with details and documentation to anyone who is interested. I will not be bullied by a so called health care provider. Edited to add: the so called Manager will argue, deny, insult and gaslight you to protect their employees. Beware. You have been warned.

4 /5 Keba Hudson: I love the Shawnee I have been a patient of Dr Jeff Ripperda for almost 10 yrs when I say he has gotten me through some of the toughest moments in my life I mean just that he is the way to go for mental health .&addiction.great place

3 /5 Jairo Toston: The staff and services are, normally, great. But, twice now, theyve missed me on two refills that Ive called on Thursdays for, never heard back. Reminded them again Friday, never heard back. Now, I have a weekend of pain with a labor-heavy job. All while calling Wal-Mart every day for them to tell me my doctors office is the one thats not replying.

1 /5 Roger V: TERRIBLE. Many mistakes. Argumentative nurses and especially APRNs. They dont care about anyones health, just their own pocketbook. I wont go back. AVOID. 0 stars.

Dr. Jennifer E. Mihalopulos - Carbondale Titania Mason: If I could leave no stars I would. Worst dental experience ever. I am unsure of how clean and sanitary the office is as the staff have their dogs present they even let dogs roam through the dental rooms - during my visit while getting a cleaning a huge dog kept climbing on me. The dentist is super quick - too quick which resulted in poor work. I have had repair on a chip tooth done in the early 2000s I went to Jennifer and not only did she replace my repair but she did a poor job with the replacement - my replacement is out of place and immediately after she got done you could feel the roughness behind the tooth as my tooth was not filed correctly. My teeth are in the worst possible shape and I have always had a pretty smile until going to Jennifer’s office - last visit was 2023. I was confirmed that something is fishy with this office after I called requesting my medical records and was told that they can only send my records to another provider that I couldn’t have access to my own records.

Dr. Jeanine Fell - Newton Misty Warner: Worse place I have ever been to how are her doors still open to work on people teeth.when I been living in hell for 20 years now because of this dentist.my life ended the day left her office .I went in there because I wanted a front tooth fixed that was cracked in a car accident when I went threw the windshield. I had beautiful teeth before I went to her.she put a fake tooth in and she put nerve killer In. There and it went threw all teeth they started turning black in less then a month they had to pull all of them.and my life has been n nothing but hell I cant afford implants .I havent dated since my husband left me .y I u have taken all these years from my life.u should be paying to have my teeth fixed.not me suffering.you people in Newton I wouldnt take my dead dog there
