Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Charleston IL - Charleston Cathy Hewerdine: I gave two stars because the change in orthodontist when the most important moths of my braces were on.The first few months seemed to be going great and the assistants were great. The new ortho said that I needed to wear rubber bands the last month to fix my bite and overbite. He said I needed to wear them 24/7. I believe if I’d been treated right and the first orthohadny had to leave so quickly all, I wouldn’t now have an overbite and my chew and bite is off. With nothing more said but two words both months that I had seen the new orthodontist, and even tho I voiced my concerns and unhappiness with my bits, my braces were removed today. I feel uncomfortable chewing and I have an overbite.

I’ve had multiple operations there and each time they’ve provided the best results with the best people. Their office atmosphere is amazing and everyone is always so nice and inviting!

SeJin Oh, DDS - Charleston Client: I recently had a first visit in the practice of this dentist (SJ Oh, DDS). After my cleaning, I had to wait for about 30 minutes to see him. He finally showed up with an attitude of arrogance barely acknowledging me, let alone the long wait I had. Then, he literally left the room within a minute or two without any basic professional courtesy. How rude and unprofessional was he. One would expect better, much better, from a dentist in a small family-oriented practice in a small and welcoming city like Charleston. Giving him one star is even a favor he doesnt deserve.

All Smiles, Inc. - Mattoon carol myers: 9 months, over 20 visits, 2 sets of dentures and still have no dentures that come close to fitting. Even after all the "adjustments" the entire set wont stay in, dental adhesive, I cant even speak without them coming loose. It has been so traumatizing that I withdrawn depressed and anti social no family or friends. Not one time was I offered a refund partial or otherwise only adjustments.
