Hil: Dr. Bishop does a wonderful job. He is very friendly and his office is comfortable and inviting. I was never fearful to go to the dentist when I was in his care. I told everyone I know to go to him and would have stayed with him until the end. I felt that he was my forever dentist. Unfortunately, that is until today when I was laughed at by the front desk staff. I called to make an appointment and told the front desk woman of my concerns of an infection, and then I was laughed at, actually laughed at. For reference the tooth I was calling about has just recently been infected and I have been sent to multiple specialists for, costing upwards of $4000 (after insurance)… and there IS currently pain, thus sparking my fears of another infection. She came back with a condescending laugh and said “UH stay off the off the internet yeah?” and then told me I couldn’t be in pain??? How could she know I wasn’t in pain??? I was aghast, and left feeling that these people did not care about me. I was given no compassion at all. I immediately called another dentist to establish care. The other dentist got me in immediately, and said it is absolutely something I wouldn’t want to let go for over a week… No one who is in pain should be laughed at and told they are not in pain.

I was 15 minutes early and expected a long wait - wrong. I was directed immediately inside where Dr. Strasser and I visited - thats what it felt like since she made me feel like I had a new friend. Her professionalism and knowledge cannot be overstated. To say I was absolutely blown away by the first time in my life that I enjoyed a visit to the dentist would be no exaggeration. I seldom write reviews let alone long ones like this, but Dr. Strasser is exceptional and we in the Quad Cities are so lucky to have her here. If youre looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Muna Strasser.
