When a healthcare provider accepts Medicaid, they should have some degree of humanity in them, but this man does not. His staff is less than helpful and his chairside manner is awful. I came to him multiple times with my dental needs and he refused to help me with anything that I needed. These were services that were covered by insurance and were nothing out of the ordinary, but he did not want to take the time to help me.
