1 /5 Erin McKay: Used to go here when it was still Hammes. Sad to see all the staff changed. Went about half a year ago. I expressed concerns with my jaw we it kept getting stuck and they were brushed off. I had to point out that I may have a cavity for them to even look. They didn’t apply the numbing solution correctly, or even enough for me, then got mad when I flinched in pain from the drill. Friendly, but not as professional as I would have hoped. Looking elsewhere.

This was my first visit with them and will definitely be returning! My hygienist Kelly was so sweet and very knowledgeable! She was easy to talk to had my cleaning done quick and painless! They got us in right away, the receptionists were amazing, the dental assistant was phenomenal, and Dr. Dimitri not only took care of the problem, but took care of the rest of his teeth that needed attention. We had been to another dentist multiple times and they wouldnt do anything but write referrals... we are so grateful. Thank you all star dental!!!!

Josette B: What was supposed to be a routine checkup and cleaning turned into my feeling like the business transaction was more important than my needs. My "treatment plan" did not make me feel comfortable, especially when the financial persons attitude changed when I expressed that I needed to discuss the finances with my husband. My 1.5 hour visit did not include a cleaning, and I couldnt see myself continuing my visit for at least another hour for a deep clean when I have gotten regular 6 month cleaning for the last 2 years. A second opinion was sought and found a deep clean was not needed. Sad to say I did not get the warm and fuzzies from this office.
