2 /5 ayla strong: I’ve been coming here regularly and loved it but recently the design lady/ possible owner has been really snippy with me, and my mom also said she experienced the same thing. My mom went about a week before me and got chrome, but the chrome turned the entire nail a blue or purple color that she didn’t want, and when questioned, the design lady got loud and snapped at her and said “it’s just what I use” and when I went today, she put matte on my nails and as soon as I noticed, I said “oh Im sorry I meant for it to have a shiny coat.” She got mad and zoomed in on my inspo picture and said “these are matte. not shiny” it was the end of my service, but she started slamming her paints/tools. I also realized after I left that she put gold and silver balls on my nails when the picture was just gold- my mistake for not looking, but surprised she was so particular with the picture when I said something, but did her own thing with the mixed metals. Also developed a rash on the bottom half of my legs after my pedicure… Sad to say I won’t be back because they do an amazing job, just not very sanitary and not the way paying customers should be treated! my inspo pic was the girl wearing the sweater

5 /5 Dana Bleier Nuspl: I used to get my nails done here all the time, but hadn’t been in about a year. Walked in today and it’s BEAUTIFUL in here! The remodel is perfect and the service and pricing was as good as it’s always been!

2 /5 Teresa leible: Wow reading the review from 2mo ago is basically what I just went through. Im usually a goer here but not anymore. I asked if my dipped nails could be filed a bit more so they dont look too thick and I thought she was going to take my head off! Had a big additude after and even talked about me to the others in their language! Very unprofessional to a paying customer. When I went to pay it was more than I ever payed there. Ive had this same design and everything before and didnt pay that much. Maybe theyre getting burnt out idk!? But sad to say they lost a loyal customer!

1 /5 Mikayla Harden: By far the absolute worst place to get your nails done. Came in to get my natural nails filled. She completely rushed the whole process and can’t even paint your nails correctly, half of my nails are missing clear coat. I’m pretty sure my four year old can paint better than she can. Don’t even waste your time. I’m quite positive her name was Wendy.

1 /5 L Obo: This was the worst manicure I have ever had. She worked on my nails for no more than five minutes. When it came time to paint, I had to ask her to paint all the way to the top and bottom. She went to the top on only two after I asked, but the ends were still a mess. The first two pictures were taken as soon as I got into my car to show how it looks as if I had a manicure weeks ago and not minutes prior. The third picture was taken two days later to show what not painting the whole nail or filing smoothly will get you. Besides the terrible job, it was also the most expensive manicure I have ever had. I also asked for short and round. I will have to do it myself apparently. Please do not waste your money here. I only did because they still take appointments. Never again.

American Nails - Waterloo Kaylee Melching: Where do I start???? I have never left a review in my life, but felt like this needed to addressed. Think twice before going. Went in 3 days ago for a full set and a pedicure. Both with gel polish. I chose the $50 pedicure w/ the $15 extra for gel polish. My pedicure didn’t include everything that was listed on the sheet and didn’t last long at all. My toenails were cut at different lengths. Feet felt like they did when I walked in…after the pedicure I went over to have my nails done. The lady doing my nails caught my skin so many times with the drill. When I’d say “ow” she would smile and say “huh” and “I so sorry” and proceeded to continue to catch my skin. Nails are different thicknesses. None are the same length. Not the same shape and are bumpy…I provided a VERY simple design. One I could’ve done myself. She acted like she didn’t really want to do it. In the photo, the design was on a tanish color. She proceeded to paint it pink….i went along thinking it might look okay. Well it didn’t. I told her I didn’t like it and wanted it redone. She didn’t really want to, but it got fixed. It was now something I could deal with looking at. The whole time I was there I kept being told by another lady that the one doing my toes and nails doesn’t understand much and she just kind of does what she wants. A couple days after having everything done and paying $130 for it all…. my GEL POLISH peeled right off my toes! I went in and had them fix my toes….I of course got blamed and questioned for my toes peeling. I’ve never had gel polish peel like that and I’ve been getting my toes and nails done for 8+ years. Not only are my toes peeling again after they were “fixed”, but so are my nails. Definitely won’t be going back. (My toes are bare, they were painted black…)

Tres Chic Salon - Hillsboro Pryor Tamera - Tammy (Tamsters): Jordan is a wonderful polite Incredible Young Woman. Who does an Amazing job with her colour choices when colouring hair. I am so happy WITH what shes done with my hair after having gone through chemo therapy. Jordan has chosen a career VERY much suited for her classy sophisticated style as a cosmetologist.

A Touch of Class Salon and Spa - Jacksonville Amelia Bordean: LaDiamond was amazing. She did such a good job on my facial and lash lift and tint. I was relaxed the whole time and she constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and recieving the best quality service. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Nails - Jacksonville Samantha Watts: This was my first time here and my daughters, this was also her very first fresh set, we had a lovely experience. It was my daughters birthday and they made her feel super special. They do great work and are so polite and professional! I cant wait to bring my other daughters here!

The girls with red hair at the front desk was soo nice very helpful very friendly. Excellent service, easy to get signed in. Seven was my nail tech. She was so gentle and did a phenomenal Job on my nail❤️ i highly recommended Seven. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them. 100/100

Zen Nails - Jacksonville Autumn: They’re so great gentle nice people they didn’t cut my nails all I would 10 out of 10 recommend to go here. I have been to every nail place around. I feel like even to Springfield and these people are really good. You should definitely go here.

Nail Time - Jacksonville Kalli Avera: I love this salon! I have been looking for a new salon lately since i dont have one in the area, and this one is perfect. all the nail techs and employees are polite and sweet. they also actually do a full manicure and cut your cuticles and make sure your nails look perfect (which some salons do not really do anymore). i will def be coming back to this salon :)

Alan Nail Spa - Jacksonville Caidi B: I’m a 15 year old girl and I got my nails done at Alan’s for homecoming 9-19-24 and the service wasn’t the greatest, all of my nails are uneven, the lady doing my nails kept smacking my hands and was just overall rude, she seemed like she didn’t care about what she was doing. Scottie seemed very nice but the lady doing my nails was not. I have 2 nails that are two entirely different lengths, my nails are very sore because she kept scraping my skin instead of my nails.

Nail Studio - Jacksonville Renee Pine: Lany is the BEST! She has been helping to keep my nails looking beautiful and healthy for the last five years. I recommend her for all things nails!
