5 /5 Lacey Ford: Nice planetarium. Second largest in illinois next to Adler in Chicago. Good, short shows. Reasonable price. Booking online doesnt help skip a wait in line. Would be nice if the seats leaned back. Overall, worth the experience. Kids ages 14 to 2 all enjoyed it.

5 /5 Carollia: Who knew there is a planetarium in Champaign? I didnt. Not only that, its the second largest in illinois after Adler in Chicago, and I checked there is a few other in Illinois. It was a bit hard to get there because its a curvy and long road after exiting Bradley Ave. Great display of photos and objects outside of the theater. We watched a short documentary. The lady that introduced us to the show was fun and knowledgeable, I learned a lot about stars.

3 /5 Angelena Shelton: I visited this place fairly recently, and though the stories were good, it felt like they had been told countless times before. The show I attended was meant for younger audiences, but the display was still enjoyable. I had also visited this place a long time ago during a school field trip, and it seemed like they were still using the same old projector from back then (decades ago). The planetarium experience wasnt fully immersive due to dark or light spots caused by the aging projector. While I understand that replacing the projector can be costly, considering the location, its probably time for an update. The photos displayed here were truly impressive! Theres something special about seeing things in person rather than just in pictures. For children, this place can be incredibly educational and engaging.

5 /5 Jacob Painter: Lots of great memories here! From going to shows as a kid, to astronomy classes in college and now taking my own kids. The latest updates to digital technology make for an even more amazing show but I still miss Carl. Relaxing, educational, fun for the whole family, always worth a visit.

Crystal Lake Park - Urbana

Andrew Hail: Crystal Lake Park has it all. There is a great nature center with an accessible boardwalk hiking trail through the woods, playground, paddle boat and canoe rentals, plenty of walking paths all over the expansive park grounds, as well as a nice aquatic center with 2 body slides, tube slide, splash rock wall, and kiddie area. There is more than enough fun to keep a family busy for a whole day if not an entire weekend. The grounds are well kept, walking trails are nicely maintained, and plentiful nature to be found everywhere.

Dodds Park - Champaign

LaTonya Yesterday: Great place to stretch your legs, run or jog, bring out your bikes, or throw around the ball or frizbee with the dogs! Take in the freshair, beautiful green grass, & even some of the hidden gems designed to wow your imagination. Ive seen a few golfers out here too, and a couple having wedding pictures taken. Make sure to use the restroom ahead of time-came here once with the dogs and the bathrooms were locked! (Yikes)

Sam Lentz: Neat park with some nice water features. Lots of birds, but the water can get a bit dirty. Paths may be muddy after large storms, but are still passable

Stephanie Chin: Extremely pretty. Fabulous staff. We had a lot of fun. We stopped in in the evening in November. They had had a chili cook off during the day we found out. They have a very extensive events calendar. Very flat parking area is gravel building and grounds are handicap accessible. Are puppy love running around, wines are fruit wines the special in November was a sin Grua, which I bought two bottles. Very comfortable interior spotlessly clean I can only imagine how beautiful it is for weddings in the spring and summer. The website says they serve food, they do not except for cheese and crackers, and small bites for wine tasting. Campers can fit in the parking lot.

Main Quad - Urbana

Aminur Rahman: Great place, all the students come here to hang out on nice sunny days. They have to cross this place to get to their classes. Theres always some kind of activity going on be it . The student organizations always have some kind of stall there to make the place more engaging and to give the students more things to do.

Mike Mueller: This nature center is amazing for kids and adults. Staff is excited to share their knowledge and inspire you and your kids about nature. Beautiful facility and Busey Woods trails populated with lots of singing birds and deer.

Busey Woods - Urbana

Winda Diana Sari: I have twice times walking around this Busey Woods. One in the Spring and another one in the Winter. Unfortunately I just can share the photos for Winter. Its a great place to healing, refreshing, and trailing. I love this place much. The birds sound makes the ambience more great.
