He is very gentle, and is fantastic with communicating what look you’re trying to go for! He spoke to me the whole time and made me feel like a close friend. These last two appointments were honestly the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’m so excited for my next appointment, and future nail sets! Thank you so much Zaza and Danny!

4 /5 E Kim: It was very easy to book a schedule online. When you walk in the front door you are greeted and told where to go, the only thing is I never been here before so it was hard to find where to go. I was told you get a free complimentary drink but no one asked. Overall, it was easy to tell the nail tech what I wanted and I am surprised by the accuracy of what I expected. After you are done washing your hands don’t expect to get lotion on your hands and just go straight to the front to pay.

5 /5 Cj Hall: My mom and I love coming there to see Vivian. She always does an outstanding job on our nails. Also all the pedicure girls always do a great job. Oh and the bartender makes excellent drinks. We will always come back here. ALWAYS. THANK YOU

5 /5 Jennifer Light: Kayla is amazing. She made sure everything was perfect even if she had to redo anything and she was so kind. She stayed late to help me! Edit: I went back The next day today Because they were a little bit too long for me And Kayla was so kind she literally got me in right away to cut them down and she absolutely insisted that I not even tip her again! She listens to you and just does some beautiful unique work!

DK Nails & Spa - Edwardsville Taylor T: I tried out DK again because I needed my nails done last minute. Probably shouldn’t have considering they gave me an infection the previous time but I was desperate to get in before a vacation. They did them, rushed, but they looked great! By the next day the polish was melting off my nails but I was on a flight for a trip the next two weeks. After calling them they said just to take pictures and show them the next time I came in. When I went in a couple days ago, showed them the pictures, they just laughed and charged me full price for gel & a fill. I expected to pay for the fill but not the polish considering it didn’t last me the last time. They sent me off with a $10 gift card. Today my nails chipped, one wasn’t fully glossed, and I wanted them to fix a super crooked one they did. I was met with rudeness, laughing, and being made fun of. They made me move between people two times because they argued on who was going to deal with me. Safe to say I let someone have my $10 gift card on the way out because I will NEVER be going back.

1 Spa & Nail - Glen Carbon Susan Zykan: I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The quality of service has declined, and it feels like the staff is bothered when you ask for specific requests. During my most recent visit, I asked for a coffin shape and received a short, square shape instead. The overall execution of the nails was not what I expected, and the expertise just isn’t what it used to be. I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon, but I no longer feel valued as a customer. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to be listened to and appreciated—not treated like an inconvenience. My pedicure was horrible as well. Still rough skin and the polish is so thick and uneven. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nailhaus - Edwardsville Alexandria Taylor: Ive gone here several times and previously had good experiences. This last time though was NOT good. I had a male nail tech Ive never had before and he was WAY too rough on my nails. I got my nails done 2 days ago and my fingers still hurt any time I use them. My nails are pretty, but they dont even reach the edges on my actual nails. Some of them are also crooked. But Ive been here before and knew they wouldnt be perfect. My main issue with my latest visit was that they were WAY too rough with my nails. The price isnt as good as it used to be (my particular service increased by $15 in 2 years), and it just is not worth it anymore. I will not be returning.

Casca Nail Boutique - Maryville Heidi Landon: Came in as a walk-in on a Monday afternoon. The salon was able to get me in right away. Eric was fantastic! Im an anxiety nail biter, so there isnt much base nail to work with, but he did an amazing job keeping my full set on the shorter side while still giving me the shape I wanted. He was fast and efficient, getting me in and out in less than an hour. Will definitely come back to him!

EXO Lounge - Edwardsville Micaela Voskanyan: Andree is the guy to go to! I’ve been getting my nails done a lot over the years but he is by far my favorite! Not only does he take his time to get my nails exactly how I want them, but he goes the extra mile! He has great customer service, and not only treats you like a client but as a friend. His kindness and compassion are two of the biggest reasons I’ll only get my nails done by him (and his attention to detail). I have big social anxiety and have always felt awkward getting my nails done, trying to think of things to talk about or stressing over “awkward” silence. But Andree has changed the whole experience for me! I really appreciate him! I followed him from his old salon to this one, both had great vibes but when I walk into EXO it’s like I stepped into a whole new world! I felt like I was in a fancy Hollywood bar/resort almost! Anyways I added a picture of the nail set Andree did for me this last visit on Saturday! Black with chrome! He absolutely killed it!

Escape Salon and Spa - Edwardsville Amy Courtwright: Sammy is wonderful! I have very sensitive skin and received the calming facial. My skin was glowing when I left and feels wonderful the next day. You can tell she loves her work and is very knowledgeable about her esthetics. Room was cozy and quiet. Highly recommend!

Sage Salon and Spa - Glen Carbon Jeanette Higginbotham: Penny is the best! I have curly, frizzy hair and she helped me find a perfect style. She also made my gray grow out a breeze! Have been coming to Penny for years.

Tribe Salon and Spa - Glen Carbon Cornelia Summers: I had a fabulous facial with Addie Green this morning. My skin feels so clean and smooth and is super hydrated. I love the organic products at this salon. I will be calling Addie in a few weeks to schedule another facial. Thank you!

The Parlor on Franklin - Edwardsville Darren G: Miranda has been my hair stylist from Freshman to Senior year at SIUe, and its so good to see that she has her own place now! Ive lived in St. Louis since graduating, and still do my best to make appointments with her. She really is the best for mens haircuts, colors, and products. Miss ya!
