3 /5 Michael Turpin: My daughter and I went here for the first time today. We were referred by a friend. We had got pedis and manis. For our birthday. We really enjoyed our time there. It was so relaxing and very reasonable on price. I was impressed with how well they turned out. But once we got home 5+ hrs later my daughter took a bath and all her nail polish on her hands came off and a few of her toe ones. Im very upset considering I paid $140 thats including a tip. Im calling in the morning to be sure they are aware of this and hopefully they make it right. Weather I get my money back for her or they redo them. If so Id give them 5 stars.

1 /5 Christine Richardson: Been doing my nails for 20 yrs this is the first time Ive ever had gel polish peel off acrylic nails. The thumb on my right hand was first to go the very next morning. Got them done Friday 9/27/19 and this is Wednesday 10/2/19. The right thing finger broke at lunch today not sure how that happened I didnt hit it on anything. I also was very sceptical when it was just supposed to be a fill and change of color but they didnt peel back what has lifted and filled it down. They just tried to put super glue on the back of the nail instead. Also they didnt seem to understand what I wanted even showed pictures. I got mostly white with very little clear in the back. I wanted silver glitter but got multi colored flackes in the clear acrylic. Close enough. But not completely satisfied. Are these people even licensed? Wont come back or recommend.

5 /5 Alyssa Tourtillott: First time I’d went to the salon, it was in a whim. My daughter & I were on a girls day & stopped in. I chose a random design from google and wasn’t too happy with it, but it was mostly my color choices and not knowing what I wanted. They’d agreed to take us as walk in’s so I wasn’t too worried about how rushed they seemed. It was understood and they still did a good job despite the stress, I wasn’t unhappy with anything. Second time we went in, I’d called ahead to make an appointment and actually had ideas of what we were doing. Great customer service, nothing was rushed but was done in a good amount of time, we had friendly conversation the whole time and was very relaxing. Reasonably priced and a very friendly atmosphere! You can’t expect to come in as a walk in while others have appointments and expect people not to be rushed and stressed. Great work!
