The deluxe pedicure is my favoriteā€”itā€™s a good value for the amount of pampering you get. The ambiance is relaxing and clean, and they have plenty of technicians to accommodate busier times. Khanh is my go-to for gel manicuresā€”sheā€™s incredibly talented and meticulous. My nails come out flawless and last beautifully. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make an appointment.
Nail Trix - Bloomington Jennifer Chedister: Linda did an amazing job! My nails have tips and dip but still look natural! I have super thin nail but the dip lasts about 3 weeks for me, They are beautiful. Best place in Bloomington/normal!

Wherever I go someone compliments my nails and asks where I have them done. Time and care, cleanliness, and comfort are always met in my experience. Twins Nail - Bloomington Corrie Spinner: We were here in May and got the deluxe package with hot stone, and it was only $55. We came back today, got the same package and they said it was $80, because gel was now $30 more. They got our pedis mixed up and under charged one of us, and over charged the other. Not horrible service, but definitely not worth the $80.

I have a standing 30 min appt every three weeks for a gel manicure. I love being able to get in and out in under 45 min and not have to get anxious about where and who to go to.... and wait! Kim is an expert with nails and I get complimented regularly on having nice and pretty nails!
Vip Nails and Spa Bloomington - Bloomington bonnie: First time trying this place out.. called to see if they accept walk ins. The lady said yes asked what I was getting done Itold her it was for 3 ladies as well as what were getting. She tell me 230. We get there 10 minutes early and its still packed mind you its mothers day so I understand they were busy. What I dont understand is why they kept telling people come back in 30 minute increments. Working on me and leaving to go work on 2 other people! When you ask your technician and show her what design and how I wanted my full set done and she says yes she can do that and the end result is NOTHING like the picture.. no! My daughter wasnt thrilled about her new set. My nails didnt get the attention they deserved and it shows! 4 days with a fresh set of gel polish and they look like I had them for weeks! I wont be returning!

Fox & Hounds Hair Studio & Day Spa - Bloomington Alonnah Madson: I requested a hair and makeup trial for my wedding in August. Overall, it was a fun experience, but not what I was hoping for, especially for the price. Personally, airbrush foundation is not a great option for my dry skin and I prefer to look more dewy. The girl who did my makeup was very upfront with me that they only do airbrush and it would not look like I wanted. I appreciated her being upfront. My face felt very dry and stiff, and the lines on my face were much more noticeable. My eye makeup application was much darker than what I preferred and it looked messy to me. It wasnt very close to what I had showed her for inspiration. My hair is very long and healthy, with a slight natural wave to my butt. My style was a braid to the side. It became messy pretty quickly, so Im not sure if it was something the stylist could have done differently or if its just not a great option for my hair. Overall, I wanted to love it, but I didnt. The staff was very nice and the facility is a very cute and clean place. Paying that much for a trial to be unhappy with it was tough though.
