The store is clean, well-stocked, and organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. They even offered to call their mall location to check for additional sizes, which I really appreciated. Returns are quick and hassle-free. Excellent customer service all around — highly recommend!

5 /5 Tina Robinson: Stopped by the Rally House to look around and perhaps do a little shopping. Keep in mind, thats the first time I had ever been to the Rally House on 2001 North Prospect Avenue, Champaign, Illinois. Upon walking in to the store, I was instantly greeted with a huge smile and kindness, his name was Kylee. He was professional, not only professional, but attentive, helpful and patient! Which I wholeheartedly appreciated. The store was incredibly clean and organized! The quality of merchandise was top notch. I also had the pleasure of meeting another associate by the name Cody. He also had a great demeanor- very welcoming and professional. I truly appreciated their all their assistance and will continue to shop at the Rally House in Champaign Illinois!!
