4 /5 SM vl: I like Ross because they have a lot of good thing s for a great price, the shelves were decently stocked. I found a lot of Christmas gifts. but the one thing with Ross is that they never have enough cashiers. eventually I got in line a cashier. I went to to say hello but she was annoyed that I had fragile things and absolutely refused to wrap them or put them with pillows I purchased. she seemed very irritated that she had to to use one thin bag to put my item in separate that was breakable. I wasnt going to sit there and argue. she had absolutely no desire to be careful packing the glass items that I purchased. It was like I was putting her out. some of the customer service Ive received at Ross before has been good but most of the time the service is like this. I still like the store but I wish the employees would be a little bit more helpful.
