1 /5 Nichole L: Horrible company ripped me off when I placed an online order. I was charged twice for shipping after ordering two separate orders back to back that were shipped together. Company website clearly states they charge a flat rate of $5. Again, these were shipped together, if they would have been shipped separately I would have understood. They stated although it was shipped all together they kept the additional shipping charge and refused to return me the extra $5. What a poor customer service experience! Dont recommend this place, shop elsewhere!!
