1 /5 vic24: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Windsor tonight. I arrived with approximately 45 minutes left until closing. Before I even had a chance to say hello or receive any greeting, I was immediately informed, "Just so you know, the fitting rooms are closed."
This is incredibly poor customer service. Not only was the greeting unwelcoming and abrupt, but being told I couldnt try on clothes – especially with such a significant amount of time left before closing – is unacceptable. Adding to this frustration, Windsors policy of "nothing is returnable" makes shopping virtually impossible under these circumstances. How can customers be expected to purchase clothing without the ability to try it on, knowing they have no recourse if it doesnt fit?
This experience made it impossible for me to shop, and it reflects very poorly on the stores commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
