1 /5 Joseph McKirchy: I made the trip to Joliet because I heard they reopened just find they don’t sell the same rue21 clothes. Highly disappointed. If wanted to buy southpole clothing I would have just went to the flea market smh.

2 /5 John Denos: Pretty solid selection for both men and women. Went in on 8/12 to get a shirt around 8pm. I approached the cashier( heavyset woman with designs all on her face) with my item and wasn’t greeted back when I said hello. She simply stated my total, I paid with my card. She handed my receipt, I grabbed it and said thank you as she turned away with disgust and rolled her eyes for some reason without saying a word. Made it clear I was a disturbance to her hanging out with her coworkers.

5 /5 Alex Phistry: I don’t know what’s changed about this store, but compared to when I visited a few months ago, it’s completely and totally improved! The staff was friendly & answered my questions with enthusiasm; and it’s MUCH cleaner and more organized. Definitely will be back again :)
