5 /5 Richard Vollmer: I have had the opportunity to have Caselli Insurance as my agent for the past 5 years. They are wonderful. I have had 6 claims with them over the years: 1 hail damage, 3 windshields and 2 review mirror claims on various vehicles. Talk about response time. Once I call the turn around time is remarkable. Each time I called I am treated very professionally and with respect. All the claims were handled remarkable fast. Within a few hours Auto Owners had an adjuster on the phone with me to discuss how the claim was going to be handled. Each time the claim went through without a problem. I have received quotes from other agencies: however, no one can come close to the service that I receive from Scott, Christie and Char at Caselli Insurance.

1 /5 Michelle Turner: Update: Because I wrote this review, Scott Caselli went into the Marseilles Police Dept and claimed I was harassing him. It’s not harassment or illegal to leave a review. This is the kind of man he is and I’m sure the MPD have more important things to worry about. Also, take notice that the last time someone left a negative review, they quickly had their friends leave reviews to try and bury it. I won’t be surprised if a slew of wonderful reviews all of the sudden appear. Whatever you do, don’t rent from Scott Caselli. He’s a cheat and a liar. I rented from him for 3 years and he continuously lied to me about fixing things and everything else. He sent me a lease that he raised the rent $100 and then a week later said he decided to sell the house and had to be out in less than 5 weeks. The only reason he has a business is because he inherited it and the only reason it’s still in business is because his girlfriend runs it. Stay away from anything to do with this scam artist.

SumMerFine: Would not purchase insurance through this company ever again. Unable to make partial payments before the due date. I understood if it was after the due date but to not be able to make partial payments online is insane. Was not refunded for a vehicle on a policy that no longer needed to be on the policy. Asked that I submit documents of the total loss and when I did the policy was still cancelled. Dont waste your time! Go with someone else. They will cancel your policy within a week or 2 from the due date so if you only get paid twice a month good luck!

I Just got a letter stating that I been reinstated I call them to explain me whats going the lady who answer the phone after ask her the question she hang up on me. I just need my refund.
