Was told at that time more info needed but not one phone call on their part to notify us. We wouldn’t have known this unless we stopped in No call from them. Cancelled their service and would never recommend them or return to them. Almost 6 weeks in their office with Nothing done

He’s called in to confirm and sure enough there’s money in his account, but it cannot be used. No one seems to know why this is happening and I’m completely fed up with this bank. We will be switching banks ASAP.

    Aaron Yocum: If youre a veteran, dont even waste your time with Sauk. They claim to be a "veteran friendly" institution but there is nothing that could be farther from the truth. All veterans are vastly better off going to Highland in Freeport where they take care of their veterans and the GI Bill process quickly and correctly. I wish someone would have warned me earlier before I wasted two semesters (which were paid out of pocket because they screwed up the GI Bill so badly so many times) trying to get anything accomplished there.
