5 /5 Lydia Cobb: First Mid Bank and Trust is by far the best bank I have ever banked at. I’m not a customer so any banking I do must be done on inside. I had a check that was written from an account at this bank. I don’t live in the area and made it to the bank ten minutes after close. I walked to drive through to see if I could cash check there. They said I must go inside. But for me to wait one moment and possibly something could be worked out. A few minutes latter the manager came back with a smile and said”unfortunately you do have to come inside. “ I ask could she make an exception then and let me in. Of course I figured that would be a very fast no. But instead she looked at clock and to my surprise said “yes, we will make an exception this time. Please come around to front entrance.” To my surprise again and much to my delight all the staff was still very friendly and kind not seeming put out at all. In this day of rudeness being commonplace it is refreshing to be graced by a bank as wonderful as First Mid Bank and Trust. So anyone who has a First Mid Bank and Trust in your area do make the right choice and choose them for all your banking needs. Thank you once again First Mid Bank and Trust!!!!!!!! 5 thumbs up!
