Midland States Bank - Belvidere (IL)

1 /5 Renata Sosu: If I could give less then a star I would...I cant talk about the Bank in general but at this branch the manager is horrible. She dont value the customers and its taking decisions how she wish. Custumers have not the possibility to complain to anybody above her...things are horrible. Please choose another branch to do the business with this one its not good....and please the people in charge if u guys want that things to get better change this branch manager...otherwise the reviews wont get better and the bank will continue loose customers.

1 /5 Gabriella Sosu: The worse experience I ever had...this branch manager its nothing then problems for the custumers. If the regional manager sees our reviews then change her otherwise custumers will leave. If I could give less then a star I would for all traumatic experience I had with the manager and the staff from this branch.
