    Leora Dowling: I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. I cant tell which stone was replaced!
