Jason Krischke Worked with Madison and the team at Adornment & Theory to build out a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. They were fantastic from start to finish, with a great detailed and iterative approach, giving us sketches, a CAD design, and ultimately the completed ring. They were great allowing me to provide my own diamond, customizing the design, and even accommodating some awesome personal touches (embedded stones inside the band). We’re working with them now on wedding bands, and having a similarly awesome experience. Great local business to support, can’t recommend them enough. Thanks so much!

Shaunah Smith Buyer beware. Expensive-ish jewelry for poor quality and worse customer service. Bought an anklet here for my first purchase and within a month it snapped in half. Not from excessive force like they claimed. I stood up and there it laid on the floor. Submitted a warranty claim knowing it said they had a 2 year one. Apparently a piece of jewelry breaking for no reason within a month isn’t covered. So a loss of 278$ later and they didn’t even offer a refund or replacement. Will never be buying from here again. Go somewhere else for that cost and hopefully better quality

Daniella Espino Walked in on a whim at 5pm to buy myself a birthday present and luckily they are open late. I went in looking for something specific but my associate, Julia, helped me find something that I didn’t even know existed. I ended up going over budget for what I wanted because I loved the piece so much and Julia made the process so great. Mel in the repair shop adjusted my necklace in 20 minutes and I was able to wear it out. Great prices, great pieces - will definitely go back!
