2 /5 Queen Me: Loved my necklace at first. After a couple of months, I noticed every few days that the part of my necklace that rests on the back of my neck tarnishes so badly. It is unwearable after a week. I dont wear perfume or lotion. Maybe I got a defective one.

1 /5 Sean Catney: Be careful of this location. I was there to make a purchase earlier this week. Our salesman thought he was smooth enough to ring up a different piece of jewelry that was $430.00 more than the one I wanted. He was pretty good at trying for the distraction of hiding his theft. Obviously after looking at the receipt it was clear of his intention. I’m not sure if this was a case of a bad Salesmen on their Team, or standard practice at this location. The worst part is the manager was needed to help the Salesman refund the difference… and she couldn’t even utter an apology, or even a short explanation. Either way, this location is slimy. Check your receipts, pay attention to prices, or they will get you.

5 /5 Chelsey Park: Rob helped me browse and try on many wonderful rings at Tiffany & Co! I absolutely fell in love with the sixteen stone ring that Rob shows me, and it is on my wishlist! My fiance and I both were really impressed with Robs professionalism, and just how nice he was! When Im back, I will definitely work with Rob to purchase. Highly recommend! Everyone else was very nice too : )

Sophia Loris: Brilliant Earth sold my husband a wedding ring that was either broken upon arrival or had poor enough craftmanship that it broke within a month of our wedding. This followed an arduous process where the ring was remade twice and still did not fit. When asked for a resizing, they had the gall to request 600 dollars. Finally, to avoid the astronomical charges, we went to a local jeweler who informed us that the inlay gemstone was CRACKED down the middle! (Was it cracked during the constant and unsuccessful process of remaking it? I wonder.) They did offer to remake the ring for us, but we do not want to replace the ring which was an important part of our wedding less than a month ago for an exorbitant price. They did not offer either a repair or reimbursement for taking the ring to a qualified jeweler for repairs. Additionally, customer service was wonderful. Our saleswoman, Victoria, was clearly knowledgeable and eager to help us, but was just as clearly hamstrung by Brilliant Earths corporate process. Brilliant Earth specializes in wedding and engagement rings and the importance and sentimentality of such a purchase is in no way honored by their horrible quality assurance. To be blunt, it feels like their business model is to take advantage of the fact that these are one-time purchases, and that they do not have to be concerned about repeat customers. I truly hope that one day, leadership at this company can understand the pain they inflict on couples during an important moment in their lives.
