    Cynthia Stauffer: I started with the 5 week Beginners series. As soon as it was done, I knew I needed to continue at least twice a week. Even though it requires getting out of bed at 4:15 to make it to the class that best matches my schedule, I wouldnt give it up. Pilates has made a huge impact on my overall well-being. Im not sure I would have ever had courage to try it if not for Tappy and Emilie. They are great instructors and great encouragers! The small class sizes are great. The environment of the studio is very inviting.

    Tiffany Males: The wonderful staff and owners here just keep adding to the experience. The little ones love the pool, my 13 year old is always playing basketball in the gym. We just joined a few classes, circus acro and swimming, and the kids were in love since day one! Facility is clean and looks well maintained. Plenty of options for cardio, sports, and weight lifting.

    Andrew Wirtz: The gym itself is clean and easy to access. The problem lies with the payment. When I first signed up they charged me $90 twice. This double charge made my rent check bounce and earned me fees and then took 5 days to receive back. Then when I went to cancel the first person informed me I needed to give 3 days notice. The second person who contacted me then said it was 30 days notice. That is ridiculous. My landlord only requires 15 days notice. Its a gym membership not a lease.

There are classes for virtually any skill level and so many choices from excellent instructors that love what they do - Their passion shines through. And if youre in need of a massage, look no further! They have a fantastic massage therapist on hand!

    Lord Sorceron: Randomly closed due to covid and laziness. Hours posted on window are inacurate. The lady who works there is too uninvolved to answer the phone. Shes normally working out there or in the back away from the desk/phone. I go here out of geographic convenience.

    TRW: Its actually the first place in the area that Ive found I like to work out at... At the times or day I typically exercise, the crowds are pretty minimal, and even at peak times the building is large enough that things dont feel cramped. The day staff (at least) is excellent (friendly and hard-working) and all machines function and are well-maintained. As well, the floors are vacuumed consistently enough where everything appears cleanly and orderly. Also, this PF has a lot of treadmills and quite a few ellipticals, which makes rush hours much more pleasant.
