Chance Myers The body work seems okay SO FAR, but the paint is orange peeled. When I picked it up, I noticed that they broke my interior door panel so I went inside and told the receptionist. A guy came out and said "somebody must have missed a screw" which makes me question the quality of what was done and wonder what else they missed. They did promise to pick up and fix it, but they never did and havent reached out at all and its been nearly a month. They ignored my concerns and got an attitude when I asked if they looked into them and had any answers, which they didnt. I never knew what was going on or what was being repaired. I never saw a quote to approve or have the opportunity to question anything, I just got a text that it was done. They didnt help with any supplements to the claim, they only cared about getting paid. And there were mechanical/suspension concerns, that they send out for since theyre just a body shop, but they used Discount Tire instead of a real shop. So I will be taking it to a real shop to fix my concerns and verify things are okay because nothing was done other than telling me that Discount Tire said it looked fine.
