Zac White Called to have some tires swapped. Was told first come first serve. Not a problem. Dropped off at 7:45… Left and 8:15am and witnessed two other tire jobs comes in… go back at noon to watch both of the ones that came in after me pay there bill…. seems they pick and choose who comes in first… and when called out about it wanted to lie to me. Just be a man and own up to the shadiness.

disturbist Females beware, there is one employee here who will take your info and go find you on social media. Also went to get a simple tensioner and belt put on. Despite the diagram being right in front of the belt on my jeep it was still somehow put on wrong. Just thankfully in a way that would cause no damage. The manager who was there on a Saturday was absolutely no help. At all. Do not go here.

David Hasquin Excellent service! Made an appointment for a possible water pump issue, was informed and reassured that they would figure it out. Dropped the vehicle off at open and had it back by 1pm. Turns out it was not the water pump but a coolant water outlet. I appreciate the honesty from this business and will definitely be bringing my automotive needs to this shop from now on. Jason Sidener Did business here in the past and was happy with the work done. Recently called left message with name and number and what I was looking to have done. Waited a week got no response. Called again and told the lady who answered phone what I need done. She asked if she could get back to me after she figured cost of parts and labor. Told her no problem. Never heard anything back. UPDATE: Done business here a couple times since this and every thing has been great. I am changing from 1 star to 5

billy Irvin The location on Martin Luther King Drive is awsome! The staff there couldnt be more kind and helpful. I have done business there on several occasions. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the Taylorville Rd store. I called to inquire about getting a new set of tires balanced for my pickup truck. The man who answered the phone acted like I was really putting him out by calling. I asked if I needed an appointment and he made a snide comment about farmers showing up whenever they wanted. I hung up and made an appointment with Walker Tire in Clinton later that day and they did an excellent job!

Not worth giving any stars. completed an oil change for me, installed a cheap aftermarket filter that failed, plus put in the wrong oil per the manufacture instructions. caused the engine to lock up, then their insurance and best one would not claim any responsibility. And before anyone things it was a Junker car, my car was a BMW. DO NOT take anything to these people as they clearly do no stand behind their work. Guess i will see them in court.

Michelle Clement Tim is great, hes honest about what needs done, doesnt try to sell you what isnt needed like other places in town. Hes extremely affordable. My Husband and I have came here ever since we moved to town 6 months ago. I actually brought my car in for an oil change before the mileage was due and he told me no, lol he wouldnt change it because it wasnt ready yet and the oil was still clean. He could have easily done it just for the money but thats how honest he is.

Kathy Bartley I went there to get an estimate on a front fender that had some damage. Was told I needed to replace the entire fender. I said okay and the owner Mike told me he would try to find a used fender to save me some money. I waited almost 2 weeks and when I ask about the used fender was told he was having hard time finding one. I took it upon myself to start looking and found one about 60 miles away within 2 days. I paid for it and had my son pick it up and bring it to me 3 days later. Took it to Route 29 and Mike still wouldnt give me an estimate, said hed get back with me.([probably feeling guilty about trying to scam me) After calling several times I had the fender picked up and went to Springfield to get estimates.l Two different auto body shops told me I didnt even need the fender replaced that it could be repaired with some bondo and look like new. Both Springfield businesses told me the reason Route 28 Kustoms said I needed a new fender was it was going to cost me close to $1000 because of the labor involved removing the front bumper, the headlight and painting and replacing the used fender I bought. So I ended up spending around $400 in Springfield having the existing fender repaired and also a rust spot on the door, looks amazing ! Im out $100 for the used fender I bought but have it listed on several websites trying to get my money back. Im furious that I wasted my time and effort on Route 28 Kustoms !

Karena Berry Great experience! Both gentlemen explained everything that was needed, and even let me watch some of what they were doing. Despite a confusion on a part order (not the fault of the shop), I never even noticed the extra time. And they are completely understanding of odd work schedules. My repair ended up being a bit more intensive than originally planned (again not the fault of RAGs), but I was never made to feel like it was putting them out. Even though I live an hour a away, I think I found my cars new repair shop.
