Emily Burgener Evan at Beaumont has never let me down. He knows what my beat up old car needs. He is always honest and timely. He truly is a great guy with great prices. Even when my car needed work they couldn’t do, he led me to another great locally owned shop with great prices.

Rachel Yang I came in with a flat tire. Beaumont were able to get it checked out and order a replacement for me quickly. They were really patient with all the questions I had beforehand. The price is reasonable and I was able to pick up my car in two days. They even cleaned up all the tires for me. Overall great service and highly recommend!

Meghan Herring Gerardo and staff were very easy to work with. Suggested an equally great tow company to get my vehicle to them. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle after a backwards jump. Service and repair were done quickly. He went above and beyond to check other parts of the vehicle that could have been effected. The cost was quite reasonable and the customer service outstanding. Robert Ralston I brought my 1966 Ford LTD with a 390 FE and C6 automatic transmission into the shop. This car has had a rough go of it over the years, and I just wanted it to finally run right. Bob and his crew went above and beyond working on it. They cleaned up the engine bay the right way—no more wires running everywhere—and theyre the first ones who were actually able to fine-tune the engine. Now it runs like an absolute dream. Their pricing is the best around, and you can tell everyone at Grosso’s takes real pride in their work—and they should. It’s phenomenal.

Caroline Baylis It’s immaculate inside and the staff is professional & so kind. I had an emergency on the highway- my hub lining partially came off and was dragging on the highway. I pulled off and stopped here and Jimmy was SO helpful and kind. I was in tears and he calmly fixed my car within minutes then had me drive around the lot to ensure that it was safe for me to continue on with my road trip. I highly suggest this repair shop. biker trucker My parking brake valve broke last night. AA fixed it, I drove two hours this morning than the valve separated from the air line when I went to set the brake. AA said they arent driving two hours to look at it. Said to take them to court if I want. Stuck at a rest area waiting on another roadside service to fix it right. Late on the load Im on and lost todays load.It turned out they did not set the air line onto the valve correctly. When I called them they said they did me a favor by not marking the part up 40 percent like they normally do.

Ali Akyuz Went in for an alignment after calling around for the best price. Not only were they the least expensive, but I was very impressed with their customer service. I have been in a few times since then and they are always very accommodating and thorough. I later brought a used car in from a local dealership before purchasing and they did an inspection which ended up saving me a ton of money and headache. So far, I have received nothing but excellent customer service paired with expedient and thorough car service.

Mark Owens I had an unusual situation where I needed a new battery for my car that is kept in storage for the winter. When I went to get it out for the summer it was completely dead. A friend jumped it and it started so I needed to get it somewhere right away. A friend recommended Tuffy so I called them and they said to bring it in and they would take care of it. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them! (To change the battery, you have to take off the front chassis and I was not comfortable doing it myself and some places won’t touch a situation like this) Thanks Tuffy!

Mark Gardner As a father of 3 driving age kids, we are unfortunately frequent flyers with auto body repair. I discovered Kurt’s on a recommendation of friends decades ago and have never looked back. I have ALWAYS had a very positive experience with Kurt’s with no exception. Our latest interactions have been no different. Very knowledgeable staff with great customer service relieves much of the anxiety of dealing with car accidents. Brian and the guys always interact seamlessly with my insurance so I don’t have to. Teri Burrows My wifes car had a piece come loose around the wheel well so I popped in to see what it would take to fix it. The gentleman asked if I had time to wait for them to fix it. 20 minutes later it was done and he said it was an easy fix and didnt charge me anything. I have been here a few times for repairs and they are always friendly, helpful and reasonable on their repair costs. I highly recommend them.

Channis Cochran Charlie was very personable. I had my transmission rebuilt and for the work of doing so, It was reasonably priced. Other places quoted me $4500 and they did it for $3100. It was done in a timely manner and now it shifts perfectly. Great job and I highly recommend.

Jessica Kearney I went to AAMCO on the recommendation of Don Owen after being told that they couldnt address my problem. AAMCO was able to get me in the day I called (late morning). AAMCO was honest, transparent and fair in addressing my needs and concerns. They were not pushy, offering me options and no pressure. I have always hated dealing with car service companies because of my previous experiences but AAMCO set a new expectation. I would definitely recommend them for your transmission needs.10/10

Blake Famous Due to my insurance contracting with them, I took my car there to be fixed, had my car for over a month, finally get it back and when we got a heavy rain, my trunk had filled with water and hadn’t realized it until I opened my trunk to put something in it and they didn’t seal the weather stripping at the bottom of the back windshield, it was just hanging there and because I didn’t find there screw up soon enough, as I drove the water soaked the interior carpet. When I called them, they told me to bring it in that they would need to have it a couple of days, didn’t offer to get me a rental being their fault and I already paid out more than I wanted to renting a car the first time. And they didn’t even put all the trim back together right in the trunk. Every morning that I get in my car the inside of the windows are fogged with heavy condensation. Never using this place again and I suggest you use them with caution, I would never recommend them.

Due DiligenceBih Came and totally saved us one very cold night. Accidentally put gasoline in our diesel and they were the only ones in the area that answered and helped us out right away. Very friendly and professional. They worked through a terribly cold night. Dropped the tank and flushed everything out and our truck hasnt had problems since. We are very, very grateful they helped us. They did a great job on the work.

Ty MoneyTalks First the response time was wonderful. The process of actually finding the issue with you car may take so E time but I can say it’s always worth it. The guys here are fair will do full inspection for your car. Only con I can honestly say is the pricing, I know you have to pay for quality and I agree totally… yet with the different economies classes we have in today’s world we should try to benefit them all. Other wise great crew! Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable!

An arrow hit my car (weird but true), and Suzie was so helpful, friendly, and understanding when I told her the bizarre story. She was able to work around my schedule in order to have my car inspected, and I drove away with an estimate in hand. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my car repaired only because I had to make arrangements to secure transportation to work. They accommodated my schedule to get my car in, and it only took a few days for it to be fixed. Brett did an amazing job making it look like an arrow never pierced my car, which is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Bloomington Collision Repair!

Colton Christiansen I had an incredible experience at Jesses today! I blew a front tire a few days ago and had been driving on a donut, trying to find a place with good prices and hours of operation that wouldnt make me take time off work. Someone from work recommended Jesses, so this morning I called to see if they had the right tires for my car and time to replace them before I had to be at work. I confirmed over the phone, went on over, and they had me sorted out in less than 30 minutes; only cost me the price of the two used tires. Everyone was kind and seemed knowledgeable.
