5 /5 Due DiligenceBih: Came and totally saved us one very cold night. Accidentally put gasoline in our diesel and they were the only ones in the area that answered and helped us out right away. Very friendly and professional. They worked through a terribly cold night. Dropped the tank and flushed everything out and our truck hasnt had problems since. We are very, very grateful they helped us. They did a great job on the work.

5 /5 Ty MoneyTalks: First the response time was wonderful. The process of actually finding the issue with you car may take so E time but I can say it’s always worth it. The guys here are fair will do full inspection for your car. Only con I can honestly say is the pricing, I know you have to pay for quality and I agree totally… yet with the different economies classes we have in today’s world we should try to benefit them all. Other wise great crew! Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable!

Had 2 different mechanics & both were very nice. Great customer service is hard to find now days, but these guys provide it!! Very impressed. Will definitely use in the future if needed & highly recommend.

5 /5 Jasper Van Why: I have been a frequent customer of Matts for nearly a year now and have yet to be disappointed. He arrives and gets the job done fast. Matt and his associates take care of their regular customers and it is much appreciated. Definitely recommend as your go-to mechanic! Update: I had another issue with my vehicle that required multiple days of work. Matt and his associate took the extra step and brought me to and from work so as to avoid Uber charges. It was much appreciated and further goes to show that they take care of their customers.

Funny to say that after being stranded on the side of the road with a motor home and horse trailer on a super hot day and special tire on the horse trailer that blew out. But I will say it again… I had a great experience. The young man who came out kept in touch with me by phone, repeatedly checking in with me to update me on locating the tire, locating me, and all steps in the replacement process. What could have been a nightmare (yes I had horses in the horse trailer) was just a blip due to the communication and professionalism.

Then he came with his personal truck and towed our 5th wheel to the local campground, where we stayed for the night. He came and picked us up to get the truck. They even washed it. The cost was reasonable. We cannot say enough about how great Clint and his staff were. He went way above and beyond. Thank you Clint.

deanna bainter: I can’t say enough about Bob, Tyler, and Chip. We’re on our way south and one of our tires showed that it was leaking air. We googled tire repair and we were near Tuscola Illinois so we drove to Bob‘s tire service. It was late in the afternoon so we had to wait till the next morning to get a tire. Bob took really good care of us and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Bob had our car ready to go by 815 the next morning. Bob went out of his way to help us. He found a matching tire for us and Chip and Tyler Put the new tire on and checked all our other tires to be sure they were good to go. I highly recommend Bob’s Super Services! By the way, his business is right next to The dollar store in Tuscola, Illinois.
