1 /5 Rhonda Griffin: Ironically, I was about to call the area manager K.S., this was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. First I asked the lady at the cashier desk how to use the app inside of the facility she said I dont know let me go ask my manager. At that point I figured it out myself next I want to go get ice there was no ice in the machine. Then the person who was with me who wanted to order the same four for five meal her price was different than mine why I dont know maybe because it was the app. Then I get to my car to prepare my food for the road because I was traveling from Chicago to mississippi, I realized that my nuggets were missing so I went back in to get those. Then as I am driving I begin to eat the Nuggets were soggy, Im not quite sure how a nugget gets soggy but it was. So then I decided to eat the burger, the burger was half wrapped and I had ordered a burger with no pickles so it appears that they took off the pickles from a sandwich that was already made. As I continue to eat the burger it was cold and dry but it was the first thing I had eaten all day so the time was approximately 4:00 p.m. so I really tried to eat it anyway I could not finish it as the burger literally split in half because it was so hard. The only thing that was manageable to actually eat where the french fries which had absolutely no salt on their, but I can understand that. The food had to have been sitting in the warmer all day I am very very disappointed in the food I received. The one thing I will say is the washrooms were extremely clean so that was a plus.
