Brown Terra (Goobergirl) I needed a tire replaced and called Greenville Tire. My tires arent a common size, so they had to order it but they were able to install it the very next day. I was so happy with their price and service that I had them order 3 more. When they came in, I was able to get them installed quickly. Lance and his team gave great service! The price was very reasonable, the installation was quick, and the customer service top notch! If you need tires, I highly recommend going to see Lance at Greenville Tire! You wont be disappointed!

Badger Taylor I am so thankful for the work they did on my manual transmission. I had many people tell me they are the best place for quality work. Nothing better than supporting locals, and knowing their commitments to the community.

Tamar Spink Hy-Tech rebuilt Transmission didnt last over 50,000 miles. Needed over $3,000 in repairs before first fluid change. Looking for new shop now.

Maredie G Went in to buy a battery. Worker was putting it in and broke the wire lug on the positive side from tightening it down too tight. He could barely use the tools, perhaps he was having a bad day but he seemed inept. After much ado he refused to fix it. He went back inside with the tools leaving me with the battery not hooked up and no way to fix it. I went back inside and demanded a manager. Never saw the manager but a different employee came outside put a new lug on (which the first guy said he couldn’t do). He finished hooking up everything so I could drive home. I have used a different Napa store in the past and had a battery installed but the Greenville store is a joke. I do NOT recommend this particular location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GigisWorldx4 Nope! Got here. Waited in line 30 minutes, TJ told us to pull in other lane so we would get out quicker, the two cars behind us pass us, we are still in same spot waiting. Call store, get corporate, she tells you shes corporate and needs to send you to store manager, only to be connected to ANOTHER customer service line..... an hour and 15 min later, still waiting. Sorry yall, walmart got yall beat and they stink.

Darlene Strubberg They got us in right away with no waiting. Customer service wasnt real bad but they could learn to talk up a little bit for the hard of hearing. Plus my boyfriend told them they had the wrong year down on the truck and they said ok but when I checked the receipt they didnt change it. Besides that it was good.

Lindsey Seifried I went in for a routine oil change. The new workers are incompetent and under experienced. They did not replace the oil filter properly and now my motor is ruined. Not only that, but the owner was not cooperative nor would take the responsibility to make the situation right. It’s currently been a week and I’m still without a vehicle and dealing with his insurance company is frustrating. I do not recommend

Steven Barclay I was visiting family and on the way out of town the car began to overheat. My brother is new to Greenville but his office friend recommended Custom Wrenches. Nice woman at the shop connected me to Cody who got me in and diagnosed the repair. The Power steering pump failed and broke the belt that drives the water pump causing temp to rise. New power steering pump and belt was replaced all done in an afternoon. I would recommend Cody and his team. It was a good experience. I was driving my well cared for 06 Dodge Magnum SRT that weekend and glad I ran into Cody at Custom Wrenches

William H Bill Hilgers Jr These guys are fantastic Casey and his crew made sure that our car was up and running before we left town. We were there for a whole week. And we didnt know what to do and the church organizations was a blessing and they helped us. But Casey and his crew really helped us get back on the road they orked Diligently to make sure that we got on the road and on our way to Baltimore and New york. Once again I wish to thank all the guys at custom wrench. You guys made my day

But every single time, the folks at J&R Collision have been absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional, and incredibly reasonable, they make a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with. The front desk was extremely easy to work with, providing answers to all of my questions ensuring that I would get my vehicle in as quickly as possible. They provided updates in a timely and professional manner. My vehicle was finished in a reasonable amount of time and came back looking great. They new pieces are indistinguishable. I would highly recommend them

Matt Guetterman We wanted to use a local place to replace our windshield. We called multiple times to schedule an appt. We were told once they reviewed the schedule, they would call us back. They never did. Unfortunately, we had to pay a little more and go with a company farther away, but the job got done in a timely manner, with excellent customer service.

john pendleton On my way home from a long trip & my truck had an issue at midnight along the interstate 20 miles from home. The driver called me right back and they were there within an hour to get me home safely. The driver, Rich, I believe was his name, was friendly and professional. We even knew a lot of the same people! Z-1 is a great local business! I would never hesitate to use them for my auto needs.

Ryan Johnxon My fiancée had her lower ball joint snap on the way to Missouri and this was the only shop near her, she is an 18 year old girl so you know how that goes with mechanics they see money signs. They charged her $700. $55 for the ball joint $135 for a alignment which was not even necessary and $590 for labor which is outrageous. Would like to visit this shop and teach them a thing or two! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Brianna Hubble My car broke down on the interstate during a road trip, at 4pm on a Friday. I chose the first mechanic that popped up when asked where to be towed. I’m so glad I did. Justin and Patty were absolutely amazing to us. They stayed open late to check the car, knowing we were far from home. Patty drove my son and I to the next town to get a rental car while Justin allowed my sister and her young son to stay at the shop. They had my car done by noon on Monday. Justin suggested I test drive it before paying, most mechanics just let you pay and leave so I greatly appreciated this. They were so amazing to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and reasonable mechanic. If I didn’t live so far from Greenville I would be taking all of my business to Volkers from here on out.

Christen Cordle Justin and Patty were both extremely helpful! Justin went above and beyond to help get my Jeep back up and running. They knew I was in a bind to get my vehicle back and going and they brought the Jeep in right away and got it done even with added work. Couldn’t be more thankful!

Private P These guys rock! Had a semi with a busted radiator. They had it fixed overnight and gave me a ride to local hotel. Their rates are great too!
