Nate My starter died on Monday, resulting in my car having to be towed to a shop for repair. Im glad I chose Precision Automotive. Despite being booked full for the week, they were able to work with my warranty and managed to perform the repair ahead of the estimated time-frame. I was not expecting to get it back this week, so it was a very nice surprise. A very good experience from start to finish.

Erik Ward Im so happy I found Precision Automotive. Theyve always been able to get my car in quick and fixed at a reasonable price. On Monday I called about my car shaking. They were able to look at it right away Tuesday morning, sent me a full vehicle inspection and started work immediately after discussing my options. Picked my car up this morning and it works great. I couldnt be happier! I ended up needing a new coil and I had the serpentine belt replaced as well. In the past Ive had my ball joints replaced and theyve also done brake work for me. I thought I would need all the brakes done and wouldnt have known the difference but they were honest enough to tell me I only needed the rear replaced and could still get a couple years out of the front. I really like how thorough they are with the pre-inspection. They explain everything in a way I can understand and then we discuss which things are urgent and which should be done soon. Theyre really friendly and great with my car. If you need any work done, I highly recommend Precision Automotive!

Robert Berry A bit out of the way for a Sterling customer. UHaul charges for every mile and you buy the gasoline on top of your daily rental. Pick up and return for me added about 34 miles at nearly an extra buck per mile. The service there was friendly and helpful.

Naya I 100% recommend these guys! I had a little more than a few problems going on with my car let’s just say that’s a thing of the pass. I’m so happy with the service I’m bringing my daughters car back to be fixed next. Frank Alleven We thought we had a transmission problem with my daughters car, ended up being cylinder 3 miss fire. Kathy Patrick-Seligman My husband and I embarked on a journey with our new RV, traveling from Minnesota to Georgia. New to the RV community, we purchased our 2023 Dutchman Voltage Toy Hauler transforming the garage into my office. Being new grandparents, we wanted to be near them, using our RV as a full time residence in both Minnesota and Georgia, while having a home in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Leaving Minnesota on September 7th proved to be flawless, other than sadness in leaving grandchildren there. As we made our way south towards Georgia, along highway 85, I lost acceleration of our Ram 3500. Barely getting the rig off of the highway, we scrambled to get safety items behind us to prevent us from being hit from behind. As luck would have it, after a short amount of time, I tried to put the truck in gear again hoping it would move...........and it DID! For 9 miles we drove on the shoulder in 1st gear. Thankfully, it allowed us to get into a truck stop before it decided to disengage once again. Safe to have it at a truck stop in Mendota, Illinois on a Saturday night, our next obstacle was............now what! Enjoying dinner at Cindys gave us some time to figure out our next plan of attack. Thank you to the waitress for replenishing our coffee! Phone calls started that night to every car dealership, auto shop, towing company, and truck stop mechanics to help get "Bertha" back on the road. Our calls went unanswered, of course - it was Saturday night! Sunday morning we resumed our efforts to the tune of approximately 30+ voicemails without a response. At this time we have started calling transport companies to come get the RV to carry on while we deal with Bertha. Again, no assistance. Just after lunch, my husband locates Dixon Transmission Repair. They are even open 24 hours! This is where our luck changes! James answers the phone and starts listening to our story. Clearly, we have a mess on our hands. We have a 3500 Ram that is inoperable, it is Sunday somewhere between Minnesota and Georgia and it is hooked up to our 46 foot fifth wheel. He replies - "let me see what I can do as I think I can help you with all of this. I will get back to you." WHAT? He thinks he can help us? Help us isnt even the beginning of the story. Not only did James help us but his entire family helped us! James brought his truck to tow our fifth wheel, his brother - Andy - brought a trailer for Bertha, and he supplied a place on his property for the fifth wheel AND HE FIXED BERTHA! At this point, neither of us have been able to comprehend how one family can be so willing to help, but then go ABOVE and beyond! While I understand this is just a review, but I want to be sure everyone knows exactly what you will get from Dixon Transmission. If you use Dixon Transmission, you will receive great customer service, a FAST response (open 24 hours), above and beyond whole-hearted willingness to help, a self-starter of sorts and master of all! Dixon Transmission offers wonderful communication, resources galore and an endless critical thinker to even help those of us COMPLETELY out of our element and vulnerable. While our truck has been repaired, the propane in our RV has been refilled and lets not forget his wife and son. They became uber drivers for us and plant waterers. Dixon Transmission should be your GO-TO for vehicle repairs, but be sure to expect the offer of assistance in many other areas! THANK YOU for being where you were so desperately NEEDED! GOD BLESS! Zo Its actually called x-ray auto1 repair! The guys there are awesome and got me in as soon as they could. Kept me posted on problems, solutions, and had my car smooth and ready for the road the same day. I didnt have to wait a month like the last place I took my car.

Fleet Manager I had to get one of the company trailers repaired while our driver was on home time. He dropped the trailer and they got it done the next day and let us park until my driver comes back. Bb Jeanie our car got a transmittion signal suddenly on our way back to chicago from Denver, so we have to stop by this city and found this automotive repair shop. Brian is super nice, he came out to greet us and helped us to have a simple check before he asked us to come back for a futher check. (we felt sorry to bothering him since it was during his lunch time.) Brian is very efficient, he helped us to check our car within 10 mins. thank you for your help and kindness. Jason Hanson Josh was such a help when we couldnt get a license plate off a vehicle and put on a new one. He immediately pulled the car in, took the old plates off and put the new ones on. When we asked how much we owed him he wouldnt take any money. Josh will surely get more business from us

geekgurl2000 My Internet service told me Rankin does snowplowing, and he was great! Same-day response, very affordable, and he was careful with the direction of plowing so the snow wasnt a hazard for us or our neighbor.

Kalla Mahar I called on a Friday to see if they could get my car in. I was told to bring it in anytime on Monday. I told the guy it would be around 10:30 or so and I would need a ride to work. I got there around 10:40 on Monday morning and the guy there had no idea I was coming. I told him about the phone call and he said I must have talked to the other guy, who I had just missed by about 30 seconds and he couldnt leave because he was expecting a package. He sat on a stool the entire time and barely gave any eye contact and could care less that I drove all the way out there for him not to do anything. I told him I guess I would come back another day and he said yeah, I guess you could. Didnt seem to want my business. I will be taking my money elsewhere, and wont be trying them again. The place is behind his house, or someones house, and looks like a complete dump. So if you call and make an appointment Id make sure youre talking to whomever is in charge and call before you head out that way! TERRIBLE customer service!

Ruth Osorio I dont write reviews often but I would be doing an injustice if I didnt comment here. I simply cant be any more satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle or my interaction with every staff member I met at Bellinis. Customer service from start to finish was exceptional. Tim is just an absolute genius and worked hard to make sure every issue was addressed. My repair work was not an easy one. Tim tackled it with confidence and made sure it was done right. Hes definitely a top notch mechanic and very personable as well. Brian is friendly, down to earth, and runs a tight ship which shows in the quality of the work performed. Jordan handles the front desk with a level of courtesy and professionalism which is hard to find in many service industries. Pricing was quite reasonable for the amount of work they did and I will be back for any future service thats required. They more than exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend their business.

S H I had to go back to jiffy lube for a situation without a doubt they took care of me and very professional so thank you for a job well done thanks to the DM and especially Jerry

kenneth weinstock Went to Jiffy Lube in Dixon, Illinois. When I left they told me I was all set, no problems! When I got up the next day and days ahead, there was oil all over my driveway. I took my car back and the manager said I shouldn’t drive the car till I get all the oil leaks fixed. He told me that his district manager said to tell me that jiffy lube takes no responsibility for the leaks, even though I had no leaks when I got there. I feel they overfilled the oil and blew oil seals. I took my car to the dealer and it cost me over 2000.00 to fix the leaks. I was told by Corbin that the district manager would reach out to me the next day but he never did! I’m gonna stand outside there business with a sign saying my last oil change at Jiffy Libe here cost me over 2000.00 in repairs. Horrible the way they treated me! I’m looking for an attorney that’ll take the case. I’m Disabled and that extra money to fix it was all I had for the next 2 months.

Dee Starnes We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon about a half hour before they closed with alternator problems. We live 4 hours away so we needed this fixed. The 2 guys there were very understanding and agreed to stay and get us back on our way home. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!!

Blake Whiteman Very honest people here. Went in almost positive I had some suspension problems, after a few minutes they informed me all was wrong was was a plastic engine shield had cracked. So it was very nice to have honest work! Would highly recommend!
