5 /5 geekgurl2000: Promptly fixed the serpentine belt in my 2001 Acura MDX.
Whoever installed the alternator for the prior owner did it in such a way that 3 bolts broke for me, who bought it in May. Anyway, the bolts sheared off, which put the alternator at a jabberwocky angle and threw the serpentine belt.
The shop where it died didnt want to tackle the job, then Anything Automotive lost the only key, so I had to wait for money to cut a new one. AAA towed it there, and Honesty had it fixed in a matter of days. It was towed in on a Saturday afternoon and I think I picked it up the following Tuesday.
