5 /5 Leah Duffie: We were passing through town on interstate 55 south and our check engine light went on so we immediately got off the first exit we could. We could tell something was wrong with the transmission. We spotted 1 Stop Auto Shop of Sherman on our way to the Caseys down the street and popped in. Immediately the attendant came to help us and diagnose the issue. The codes were all coming back as transmission issues and he advised they didnt do transmission work but we could stay there till they closed till we could figure out what to do. The waiting area and bathrooms were very clean. And a huge bonus was the kids playroom with toys galore and a TV that was playing Moana. Traveling with little kids this room was a blessing to have in an extreme time of need. Our kids were a bit cranky and loud but the attendants were very kind and courteous. Thank you for letting us squat at your shop till our car was towed and we had a ride. It truly helped us get through the day.

From just an oil change or tires to figuring out mechanical issues and problems, they take care of all your car care automotive needs. Conveniently located and not far off Interstate 55. Best to call ahead for openings and availability.

1 /5 Melody Crockarell: NO STARS. I should be suing these guys. I should have listened to the warnings about not to go here but I took a family members word. Took our car here back in March 2024. Car was supposed to get a whole new engine. Which apparently took 6 months without them even offering a loaner car. Mind you during the 6 months we called almost every other day and every day was something different or they couldnt tell us anything. They kept telling us it would be done and a few days or it be done next week and then once that time came it was never done it was another excuse. Then they were waiting on this part or that part and then once we finally got it back, it completely broke down within 2 hours of driving it. Over $3,000 wasted. Didnt even tell us they were adding new parts didnt test drive it when it was done. Literally bullshitted us for 6 months. Will never go here it will never recommend anybody here. Do not take your car here.

Then he came with his personal truck and towed our 5th wheel to the local campground, where we stayed for the night. He came and picked us up to get the truck. They even washed it. deanna bainter: I can’t say enough about Bob, Tyler, and Chip. We’re on our way south and one of our tires showed that it was leaking air. We googled tire repair and we were near Tuscola Illinois so we drove to Bob‘s tire service. It was late in the afternoon so we had to wait till the next morning to get a tire. Bob took really good care of us and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Bob had our car ready to go by 815 the next morning. Bob went out of his way to help us. He found a matching tire for us and Chip and Tyler Put the new tire on and checked all our other tires to be sure they were good to go. I highly recommend Bob’s Super Services! By the way, his business is right next to The dollar store in Tuscola, Illinois.
