5 /5 Marianna Z: I can confidently say this was by far the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had! From start to finish, the team was absolutely amazing. Melanie at the front desk was so welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Doctor Anna was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. Vicky, the dental assistant, was so kind and attentive throughout my visit, and Cindy and Isidro were also fantastic—everyone worked together to make the experience comfortable and professional. One of the highlights was the 3D scanning they did of my teeth. It was fascinating to see such a detailed image of what’s going on, and it made understanding my dental health so much easier. Another reason this office stands out is how transparent they are about costs. They tell you upfront what your insurance covers and what it doesn’t, which is a huge relief compared to other places that do the procedure first and then hit you with a big unexpected bill. I truly felt like I was in great hands with this team. I can’t recommend them enough!

5 /5 Paul Thuman: Anna is one of the best dentists Ive ever seen. Her office staff was exceptionally professional and kind. I had two implants done and the procedure went through with no complications or pain she explained the whole procedure in detail before the procedure and made sure to answer all my questions. I highly advised anybody to visit her office and get an evaluation and have the procedures done you wont regret it

Dr. Anna has a magic touch! The massage chair was an unexpected bonus. Victoria, the assistant also was perfect. 100% recommended.

From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by a clean and welcoming waiting area, and the friendly reception staff offers water and goes over all the details for your appointment, including any copays. I always appreciate this transparency—no surprises at checkout! The wait time is also consistently under 5 minutes, which is a huge plus. The office is equipped with the latest technology, making every visit smooth and comfortable. There are TVs on both the wall and ceiling, so you can relax and watch your favorite show while getting a massage from the chair during your appointment. Dr. de la Fuente is incredibly knowledgeable and has a warm, friendly demeanor that puts you right at ease. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for top-notch care with a personal touch!

I feel very assured they have my best interest when I’m in the chair and they make the procedures as comfortable as possible. Update 12/11/24 - still going to Dr Anna and the team at 20/32 Dental still goes above & beyond every visit! Very personable service and high attention to detail.
