3 /5 JS: I’ve been coming here for years and have used the general dental services and orthodontics for my child. Regarding general dentistry: the hygienist is great and thorough and scheduling is easy. However the dentist seems to do the bare minimum, takes a quick glance and is gone. Hard to believe he took a good look when he only spends about 30 seconds with the patient. I keep returning because of convenience. If you have a lot of dental problems and don’t want others to hear all your medical information go elsewhere since the rooms here are not closed off. Regarding orthodontics, the receptionist is always on a personal call, doesn’t bother to hang up when checking us in and scheduling is difficult because they are only available every other Monday. However the orthodontics dentist is very nice and thorough.

5 /5 Jewel Sampson: I’ve been coming to the location in Lockport for 11 years now and I’ve never had a bad visit. They’re so knowledgeable and kind. My son came here for braces, and he’s autistic, and when I say that they’ve treated him well, that’s an understatement. It’s so hard to find good people who are willing to help but I’m glad I found this office.

5 /5 Tomas Lekis: Been going for years now. Everyone is extremely friendly, Dr. Abdul is great and Shelly is the best dental hygienist I ever had. No one likes going to the dentist but the staff at the Lockport location make it much more bearable.

5 /5 Leah Young: I am a returning patient. I went to Advanced Family Dental before I had insurance and they offered a discount plan that helped. My experience was great with all associates. I have returned after several years, now with insurance. The service hasn’t changed. Reception desk is very friendly. I am looking forward to bringing the rest of my family as well.

Aspen Dental - Lockport Anna Duffy: I waited so long to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I was terrified and I have the worst anxiety. From the beginning to the end, the process with Aspen was so smooth and welcoming. Diane was amazing with scheduling my appointment and greeted me warmly as a new patient and was great at explaining the breakdown of finances. Michelle is quite possibly the best dental hygienist I have ever found. She is super friendly, quick and efficient. I’m not even nervous or dreading to come back for my routine cleanings!! Mohammed was great at keeping me calm during the entire extraction process. We got all four wisdom teeth done while listening to some awesome throwback rock songs! He was incredibly focused and extremely diligent. A+++ I would definitely Recommend this location.

Mosaic Health Utica Dental - Utica dexter: its not terrible but its not good either. got a filling here a few weeks ago and thought id be fine but a few months later, my teeth hurt like hell. its the same exact tooth i got filled in as well. my tooth feels like itll fall out any minute and whenever i bite into any food (even soft food) it hurts. if this is your only option, then sure id recommend. but if you have other options, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! other then the filling, this place is alright. i wouldve put 2 steps but the staff are super friendly. love the staff lots. theyre pretty awesome.

Rosinski Stanley J DDS - New York Mills Ryan Howe: Theres a reason why Dr. Stan the Man has a 5 Star rating, and its because choosing 6 stars isn an option. Dr. Stan and team are hands down, mic dropped and house lights back on, THE BEST dental office around. Their customer service skills are fantastic. Dr Stan went far out of his his way to accomodate me and my schedule even before I was an established patient. Read the rest of the reviews here. If youre looking for high quality dental care in a great customer-focused atmosphere, Dr. Rosinski and team are an easy choice.

Michael T. Lavelle III DDS PC - Yorkville Kendall OConnor: I’m writing this review so other parents are aware of our situation. We have been attending this practice since 2018. We go every 6 months for our usual cleaning polishing and exam. When we were there In September 2022. we were told our sons teeth were perfect the baby teeth are starting to get wiggly and everything was looking great. He is know 7 years old. On December 20th 2022 he started to complain of tooth pain. We brought him into the office. While there he seemed blown away. He said he has two deformed teeth the same on both sides and said because of it it chipped the tooth. He filled it temporarily and sent us to another dentist that specializes in children (kids teeth only). On December 28th 2022. He woke up with his whole face and eye swollen from an abscess tooth. At that point we went over to kids teeth only and by the next afternoon. My son needed 3 teeth pulled and 4 crowns put on. Turns out he actually has 8 cavity’s in total. He had to have emergency surgery an over night stay at the hospital and iv antibiotics to kill the infection. There ended up being no deformity just collapsed rotting baby teeth. He stated he didn’t see because there was never any x rays done and the cavity’s were in between the teeth. But most all cavity’s are usual in between the teeth so I’m very confused.Turns out he doesn’t have a proper x- ray machine for children under the age of 7 or At least that’s what I’m being told. All of this could and should have been prevented. Im really not this type of person to write reviews but please parents do your research and go to a dentist who specializes in children teeth.

Sitrin Health Care Center: Dental Services - New Hartford Jen Dutcher: I have been going to Sitrin since I was a teenager (34 now) I have been through pretty much all the dentists there and I just have to say Dr. Kibuik is one of the absolute best!! She is always so kind and makes you feel comfortable as well as has never hurt me with a needle. Thats something all dentists should take pride in and some just dont care. I highly recommend Dr. Kibiuk!

Pediatric Dentistry & Family Orthodontics - Fayetteville Ahmad Zatar: I definitely have to rewrite my previous review. Initially, I had a hard time getting in touch to make an appointment as a new patient for my kids. But after experiencing this place firsthand, I regretted everything I said. What an amazing experience! My three-year-old son, who usually can’t sit still, was calmly sitting and having a blast while the doctor and nurses did their work. And remember — this is a dentist’s office! Most people dread going to the dentist, but this place completely changed my perspective. They have so many dentist doctors available, which makes scheduling easier and ensures you’re always in good hands. The nurses and doctors were incredibly patient and caring. You could genuinely feel how much they treat each child like their own family member. Now I understand why “family” is part of their name. They also have a TV hanging on top. If you have kids and are nervous about taking them to the dentist, I highly recommend bringing them here. You won’t regret it!

East Side Dental Specialists - Fayetteville Amy Eddy: I was a former employee here and it was a nice place and I would highly recommend Joe and Rich to everyone! Joe is so gentle while doing your root canal and always checks in to make sure you are doing ok. He has the best bedside manner and takes his time to make sure it everything goes right. I was in the worst pain and I remembered how well he did when I worked there. If you need a root canal or oral surgery please go here. The staff is amazing as well and very comforting.

Waldron Smile Center - Middletown sam nygard: Extremely friendly and caring practice. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 22 years(thank god I wasn’t in too bad of shape). They were super casual about it and made me feel like I was at home. Straight forward with all of the work and 0 hassle. I’ve also used them a ton for my 5 kids and it’s always a great experience. They make trips to the dentist not suck!
