The folks at the front desk were very kind and helpful and the actual office was clean and very inviting. The hygienist was super knowledgeable and very clearly passionate about their work and went out of their way to ease any concerns I had. Dr Parikh was equally passionate and shared all the information about my dental health in an easily understandable way and answered all my questions.

5 /5 Sierra Marie: Jackie/Jaqui (not sure how her name is spelt) was amazing! I have extremely sensitive teeth and she made sure I was nice and comfortable, and that was the first time I did not squirm during a cleaning due to pain, it was near painless. They are all very nice people in there.

1 /5 Irma Aragon: We moved after 16 years of being with the same dentist and maybe that’s why my experience was not great, I scheduled online and filled out the paperwork, the day of the first appointment found out paperwork was not saved, I did paperwork Again, to find out the receptionist didn’t upload it, for the third time I filled it out in a tablet. Then I schedule online a Saturday only to find out, they’re closed on Saturdays, then I received a big bill, I took it to my appointment and the bill was not processed thru the insurance, all this issues was thru the appointments of 4 member of our family, all of them first time.

Elite Dental Specialists, Joliet, IL - Joliet Soumyia Mathew: I recently had a root canal and was you honestly a bit nervous going in, but I couldnt be more pleased with how everything turned out. Dr.Nanavati and his staff was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Dr. Nanavati explained the procedure clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and worked with a gentle touch. What I expected to be a stressful, painful experience turned out to be smooth and surprisingly painless. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the follow-up care instructions, too. Highly recommend this office if youre in need of any dental work—especially something as intimidating as a root canal. Thank you for making a not-so-fun procedure feel easy and manageable!

Talbot & Smith Family Dental - Joliet Alyssa Howe: I genuinely love this place. And thats a bit odd to say for a dentists office I guess ? I started going here after I made the mistake of putting off the dentist for way too long out of fear. Not only did they help me feel more at peace with situations, but they whole heartedly helped me in so many ways. Dr. Smith is amazing. He is very patient and caring. Every single assistant I have ever experienced has been absolutely wonderful. I appreciate all of them. Kristen is such a sweetheart. The 2 women at the front desk, Tammy and Jeanne, are always so helpful and truly great to talk to when youre there. I have never had a bad experience there. From cleanings, to cavities, a root canal and crowns. I appreciate you guys so much. Highly HIGHLY recommend. Theyre also incredibly flexible. If you happen to be in pain, they go out of their way to make time to help you. Im very grateful I happened to be so lucky to find this place.

Boulevard Place Dental Care - Plainfield Cory Stover: Joan Smith is easily the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She was professional, efficient, and made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. She explained everything clearly and was great at what she does. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about doing a good job. Also, Dr. Wilson was very pleasant and easy to talk to, which made the visit even better. Great team overall—highly recommend.

Joliet Oral Surgeons - Joliet Shana Schell: Like others have said 1 star is more then they deserve... I got my wisdom teeth pulled over 2 months ago. While I was there they acted like they did an X-ray (that I had to pay for out of pocket) because they said they never got the X-rays from my dentist who scheduled my appointment for me, whatever. But I have yet to see a claim through my insurance. I called a month ago they said they sent the claim to the wrong Delta Dental of Illinois and that is was sent off to the right one... Here we are another month out and still no claim. Im beyond livid as I had to pay cash for the entire procedure. About 1000$ they said my insurance wouldnt cover. I pay cash for my insurance and find that hard to believe as well. So I will be calling every hour today until I get answers.

Lakota Dental - Shorewood Melissa Contant: Aside from Dr. Lakota being a gentle and extremely knowledgeable dentist, the entire office staff , including Jana who has been my hygienist for many years, is just the best and so thorough. Plus, who doesn’t love a massage chair and water/coffee/juice while waiting when you arrive a few min early?!

Glenwood Dental Center - Joliet AprilA: Hands down BEST dentist weve ever had. The entire staff is kind and efficient every visit weve had the last year. We had horrible experience before and avoided the dentist due to previous dental trauma. They are always on time with appointments!! Between my girls and I, weve had about 8 appointments. Always on time and they talk you through everything theyre doing. Highly highly recommend this office! 10 stars!

Dr. Patrick J. Smith, DDS - Joliet Lori Castine: James, I am truly sorry to hear what you have gone through. But, I can honestly say... That I would not choose another Dentist than Dr. Smith. I have had no issues with Dentistry & I certainly have no pain when I depart the office & some say well after 7-8 hrs of numbness you will start to have pain. I have been Blessed with an awesome Dentist & would not go to anyone else. ~~Again you visit id different from mine... But, I have had, fills, extractions, & root canals & if any of the issues cause pain prior to the visit, I left without pain & all issues resolved. Again sorry to hear your story & Best of Luck with your Dental issues in the future. Im staying with Dr. Smith.

Thomas C. Zupancic, D.D.S. - Joliet Katelyn Nicole: Dr. Zupancic is the BEST dentist in the area by far! First, he and his staff give a family feel and they are so professional! Second, he is so skilled. After 2 dentists telling me that I needed to extract one of my teeth, I went to him desperate to hear some better news! Come to find out, my tooth could be saved! He was so patient with me, worked out my best options with me, and got the job done without having to pull my tooth from my smile! I highly recommend him to everyone in the area looking for an amazing dentist!
