4 /5 Amber Bergman: Came in today 3/8/25, after receiving a referral, for a Girls Day Trip. Requested Manicures and Pedicure. My tech Elizabeth was absolutely amazing during my Pedicure. Young but super friendly beings it was my 1st time ever getting one, I believe she did an amazing job 10/10.
We never did get our Manicures once I decided Id go ahead and get tips applied I was told to go to a technician. My nail tech. Lynn struggled to get the polish to spread out on the original design I wanted and struggled with some equipment she was going to try to use. She didnt give up but eventually after watching her struggle for so long, I told her lets go with something different her choice. She did a black French tip with a cat eye coat. Very similar to the design I was wanting just not as blended. None of which was her fault. We had good conversation and she had great advice on nail care beings Ive not done it very often. Ill definitely return to her as well.
Only reason Im not giving a 5 star is because my sisters Pedicure tech and nail tech didnt listen. She didnt get the color toe nails nor was the color or design on her nails done properly. Shes not a very confrontational person although she did tell both she had it wasnt right she didnt put much of an ending argument. We do plan to return, my sister however will not use the 2 techs she had this time.
