5 /5 Patricia Celjuska: I have been going to Bella Nora for about 6 months now and I always request my appointments to be done with Jessica because she is amazing! She not only helps me figure out a color and design but her work is very detailed and high quality. She always make sure to ask throughout the appointment if I like the shape, the color and the design. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. Overall the salon itself is beautiful and the staff are very nice and understanding.

5 /5 Lisa Szewczyk: I have been coming the Bella Nora for almost 2 years now and the service is incredible. They have recently made it so much easier to make appointments online and also still crept walk-Ins! Jessica is amazing and always meticulous about how my nails look! My dip manicures last very nicely for at least 3 weeks (even though I get them done every other week). The salon is very clean and the choices of colors ( for dip manicure that I get) and designs to choose from is far more than other salons I have been to! Great local small business. You won’t be disappointed!

2 /5 Briana Gluszek: I usually love this place and this is my go to nail salon. However, I made an appointment on Thursday 5/8 for 4pm, getting ready for Mother’s Day - and was so rushed the entire time. The tech tried to skip straight to filing and I wanted them shaped, did not ask prior. Was told by the tech they only had an hour to get my services done. Fast forward to today and nails are so bubbly and chunky and not my style. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Not very happy at all.

4 /5 Jazmine Thompson: The salon is nice. Great customer service. I was serviced by Judy. She was very kind and friendly. However, the quality of the work wasn’t the best. The nails are very thick and not neat. I received nail dip and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. The polish for the pedicure is not neat. The nail dip is not even. It took multiple attempts to do the flower design. There are stains and ripples in the dip. It is not smooth at all. Maybe she used too many top coats. Her technique was rather sloppy. She was very very nice. Just not the best nail tech. Update: ** the salon owner reached out to attempt to resolve my concerns. That further shows they have awesome customer service. I would go here again just would use a different tech for dip. She did well on the pedicure. ***
