1 /5 mjc: Went to get a trim for my long layers and curtain bangs this Wednesday afternoon. I told the lady I didnt want short layers and showed her where I wanted my layers to start and that I wanted to keep the length of my hair. What she gave me was the the most uneven choppy short layers. Didnt say anything at first because she styled my hair a certain way and got upset when I touched it after she was done styling. I left thinking maybe the haircut wasnt that bad. It wasnt until i went home and saw that not only did she give me short layers, they are extremely uneven and choppy all the way around. What she gave me is almost a wolf cut. I was going to go back to the salon the following day but was so upset and cried about my hair that I didnt want to go back and confront that lady although she reasurred me several times she wasnt cutting my layers too short and that she knew what she was doing. Ive had bad experiences with haircuts before and I told her that and yet she still did what she wanted and not what I asked for. I even showing her a picture of long layers. It took me months to grow my hair into long layers and now I have to wait to my hair to regrow to even them out. Do not come here to get layers unless you want them uneven and short. Maybe other people there know how to cut layers but not her. The lady who cut my hair told me her name once and I forgot otherwise I would say it

5 /5 Rodrigo Barrera: ive been coming for a very long time, and they always do a good job. not long waiting, fast and friendly service. and the prices arent bad either. they take care of you, not just as a customer. 10/10 would recommend.
