2 /5 Kurt Stepping: My visit in March of 2023 was my first since becoming over 65 years of age and using Medicare and a dental supplement from a national carrier. Since they have chosen to NOT participate in any dental networks they can charge what they want and not have to meet insurance industry standards for dental service rates. I was immediately told that they would NOT submit a claim for me and that I would have to pay in full at the time of service. This is the thanks I get after years of good payment history and no outstanding balance at this time of service. I do have to say though that the level of dental care has always been outstanding from Dr Eric and Dr Nicole. When I try to submit my carriers form it is complicated and not necessarily suited for someone who is not trained for this. The extra hassle of submitting my own claims is just not worth it to me and I will be pursuing a different provider who will meet the insurance industry rate standards and submit claims. Just to be clear my rating is because of the claims issue and not the level of dental care.

5 /5 Amy Hamblin: I have went to Dr Donlan Sr when I was a little girl and had a disorder and now my daughter goes here with Dr. John Jr and she has the same disorder. They have literally been a Godsend for my family and I! They have helped my daughter gain her confidence back and were so kind, funny and understanding along the way!! I can’t thank them enough!!

Dr. Sudholt was incredibly professional, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step, which really helped calm my nerves. The office was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s clear they take great pride in creating a positive experience for their patients. If you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sudholt.

5 /5 Lizzie Rassi: This office is, quite frankly, the BEST at what they do. The staff know the patients well. Theyre willing to answer questions, and theyre willing to work with you to make you feel comfortable with your treatment and payment plans. Every time I return, Lori and Dr. Nicole ask me about my life, they remember what Im interested in, and we chat as if it hasnt been six months between visits. They make going to the dentist a breeze. Thanks for all you do!
