They don’t seem to understand what I was asking for regarding my eyebrows and eyelashes.. instead of helping me, they were dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable! Honestly, I would rather go to the salon inside walmart - they are experienced and always makes sure customer leaves happy. My visits there (inside walmart) have always been lovely, unlike this one (in wingstop).

Going to a salon is not something I look forward to, but I was losing hair in some spots after taking T. That haircut Ive had since my 20s wasnt working anymore. I sent some pictures and Derek did an incredible job. He deeply listened to all the little worries, never misgendered me, and took the time to let me just relax. I never felt rushed or like he was trying to get me out of the chair like I do at the barber shop. It was gender-affirming in every way. Plus, theres little affirmations all over the salon to remind you it is a safe place for the LGBT+ community. Even gender neutral pricing and bathrooms. Ill be back a hundred more times.
