5 /5 lori koelker: Our first experience on a ghost hunt/tour and it didn’t disappoint. The staff made it fun and interesting. We took advantage of most of the equipment they have available to use and had a great time!
5 /5 Jessica Mae: The ghost tour/hunt was so fun to do and all the guys were super nice and knowledgeable! I can’t wait to come back next year. Highly recommend for anyone interested in the paranormal!
5 /5 Michael Downing: Fantastic experience. I myself am a skeptic even though I love watching paranormal videos, but I enjoyed the night my group spent here. They say on their website that they have equipment for you to use, and thats actually an understatement. They had literally every device Ive ever seen used on a paranormal investigation except for (understandably) SLS cameras. Our group of 10 split in to two groups, and they still had enough equipment for both groups to use and had plenty to spare. I would love to make another expedition in the future, and every member of my party would agree. Fantastic hosts. Fantastic location.
5 /5 Shane Pruett: Our group had a great experience! Staff is very knowledgeable about Conover Squares history and also made it an entertaining night. Their vast arrangement of paranormal equipment is top notch and available to everyone to try out. We plan to visit again soon. Great job Bartel & Henson Paranormal.
4 /5 Barb Lindblom: My 1st experience "hunting the paranormal ". I along with my more experienced friends and husband enjoyed the tour by knowledgeable staff. While I did not "see or feel" anything otherworldly; the use of thermometers and barometer to track changes was fascinating. Also 1st time handling (for me ) dowsing rods for yes/no questions was eerie. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is not seeing a ghost.

Tanner Aaron D. (Biduman): We took the 12 miles kayak trip and had a perfect day out on the river. The team at White Pelican is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful at every step in the process. The only nit I have to pick is that some of the equipment could use a refresh. For example, my kayak had a broken foot rest on the left side, and the storage wasnt quite adequate for our trip bag, but ultimately, these things didnt take much away from the trip. There are miles of beautiful forest and magnificent rocky walls/outcrops. We stopped off at a couple of the islands and found gorgeous flowers and undisturbed wilderness that is deeply refreshing. We also stopped at the Castle Rock Park observatory and took in the stunning views atop the platforms there. ** If you plan to stop here, too, do yourself a favor and pull your boat in to where the shore looks rocky and sandy. The mud is at least six inches deep and extremely sticky. I found this out the hard way. ** In short, this is a trip I would gladly take again, and I will definitely go through White Pelican again when I do.

Candy Jordan: Wonderful park to walk or ride bikes, rollerblades. I play Monster Hunter and it has plenty of ore to mine and monsters to hunt. Beautiful scenery and trees to give you shade here and there. Water Park for the kids near the school. Usually plenty of parking they were redoing the one lot with asphalt so it will be really nice the next time I go.

Myria Bailey: Horrible experience I cancelled our family member ship here! Management is rude and never available at any time I was available. Not flexible to schedule and appointment. Very disappointing.

Brian Oelberg: Hard to find but lovely spot on the Rock river. If you’re a canoeing or kayaking, this is your best option north of Oregon. There’s a dock (ADA accessible) and a paddle downriver, keeping to the right, will put you at the mouth of the Leaf River. This is a shaded, calm and pretty journey away from all the big river traffic.

Hudson Waters: Lots of plants and trees with fruit to look at! Very peaceful inside with the waterfall and fresh air.

Shan B: First time visiting and the trails are so much fun to walk and look at all the different wildlife and birds! We were able to see many birds and even three deer! There were many squirrels running around as well. Very well, maintain trails and a lot of active people walking them. Need to come back when the nature center is open so that way we can go inside and see what it’s all about. Great for families and everyone of all ages.
